Had an absolutely fabulous stay here, the staff were wonderful and the location is perfect. Our double twin room was huge, breakfast was also nicely done. We ate in the brewery opposite the hotel and would highly recommend it!!! Excellent reception staff and we greatly appreciated the welcome drink!!!

Stayed for three nights at the end of January 2014. Absolutely wonderful hotel. Friendly and efficient staff, superb, central location and a beautiful building. Took the Executive Suite and it really is worth the money - which is absurdly little when compared with London prices. Excellent breakfasts, and the wifi would appear to have improved from earlier reviews - certainly had no problems with my iPad or with the hotel's desktop. Used the hotel's taxi service to and from the airport which was totally hassle-free. All in all, an absolutely wonderful base from which to explore Prague.

Room Tip: Book the executive suite if it's available.

Originally booked for 2 nights at the Savic Hotel but due to flight cancellation arrived a day later than planned.
The hotel upgraded us to the Executive Suite for our inconvenience even though it was absolutely no fault of the hotel.
The room was breathtaking, absolutely beautiful. The quality and standard of this hotel is by far the best I've seen.
Tv in the bathroom was just the icing on the cake!
The breakfast (which was included in the price) was over and above the usual continental breakfast. They made omelette of your choice, fry up, cereals, fruit, pancakes and croissants etc.
Would highly recommend this hotel and if ever I were to come back to Prague I would be staying here again!!

Booked the Savic based on Trip Advisor reviews and so glad we did. The position of this hotel could not be better! Out of the front door and less than five minutes later you are in the Old Town Square under the astronomical clock. Very handy to nip back for a warm-up coffee break when it gets too cold (as it did!). Best Christmas market I have ever been to-spectacular Christmas tree! Charles Bridge is less than 10 minutes walk away as is the nearest tram stop-best way to get around the city. The hotel is surrounded by cobbled streets and cosy bars/restaurants, the nearest being directly opposite which is a micro-brewery-U Tri Ruzi (The Three Roses). We had drinks in there one night and lunch on our last day-very reasonable and a nice atmosphere. The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful, and the welcome drink while the receptionist gives you information about the hotel and surrounding area is a nice touch. Reception also sold tram tickets. We were upgraded to a superior room on arrival which was absolutely lovely. Spacious room with painted beamed ceiling and crystal chandelier and lovely bathroom. Every floor has a landing area which is almost like having a lounge outside your room.
The breakfast was really good-a mixture of hot and cold food-bacon, sausages, eggs tea, cereal and fruit etc. Didn't try the restaurant as we were out a lot but it looked lovely.
Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Prague and would definitely stay there again if we return in the future.

The customer service in this hotel was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was excellent. Only criticism was there was no mirror in the bedroom near a socket so you had to dry or style your hair in the bathroom. Big plus was the hair dryer supplied though. Also coffee machine in the room was great. Breakfasts cater for all tastes. Would definitely go there again.

The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch. The general ambience of the hotel is good with nothing to much trouble for all staff. The room allocated was amazing and even had a four-poster bed.
Breakfast was excellent with as much or as little required with cooked breakfast cooked to order.
Dinner was exceptional and was even better than eating out, even taking into account price of wine, drinks etc.
Our only fault was that having to check out at 12 Noon (with a flight early evening) the TV/reading lounge is a smoking area when there is adequate space for this outside the building.
All in all a great three-day break with a fantastic hotel, location etc.

Just got back from a 4 night stay in Prague. Fantastic. Whilst the city has so many attractions and the local food is good, I have to say that the comfort of the Savic Hotel was certainly one of the features that made this holiday memorable.
My wife and I were thrilled with the 4th floor room that was spacious and well equipped with all that we needed during our stay. The hotel breakfast was a wonderful start to each day with plenty to eat in very pleasant surroundings. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and so helpful, particularly Lenka and Tomos on Reception. We received great advice from them on places to see, places to avoid and where to get best value for money.
The weather during our stay was very cold but we went prepared and had a marvellous time, made more enjoyable by this remarkable hotel.
