Hotel Ehrlich is what you could expect from a 4 stars hotel, when you take into consideration that 4 stars in Czech Republic equals to 3 stars elsewhere. OK, so we cleared that up. Clean - yes. Friendly - Hard to say if under Friendly you would consider the ability to communicate with the candidate to become your friend. Spacious - not really. Resembles the photos on their web site - No. Quiet - Nope, come on, its on a main road. Neighborhood - Creepy and meets the expectations that if something is located right next to a sex shop, you can have your hopes too high....Breakfast - good selection if you have the metabolism and genes of a Czech and are able to digest saturated fat and rich sodium diet the minute you get up. If you are coffee drinker - look elsewhere. I could continue like that for ever but here is the bottom line - it is far away from the city center and main attractions. You either take a bus for 30-40 min (and the bus stop is indeed in front of the hotel), or take the tram which is about 10 min walking distance. All that might have been acceptable, provided that it was no 38 degrees outside, and the bus and tram were more like a baking oven than anything else. At the end of the day - I would certainly invest a bit more and get a place that is nearby the old city.
