Really a great hotel. Location is very good, near Wenceslas square and other Old Town attractions. We could get to most of the attractions walking. Staff is extremelly nice. A very nice blonde attendant (unfortunatelly i didnt ask her name) received us, gave us a map and talked about all the main places to go and how to get to them, She also showed us the room and explained everything. The other attendants were also very nice and helpful. Room is very comfortable and spacious, with everything you need (tv, dvd, safe, fan, heating, a tub, free internet, huge bed, ...). However, although it was very cold outside, our room was a little too hot. But the fan solved the problem. Breakfast is great. There is a kind of buffet with bread, milk, juice, cereal, ...) and you can also order omelets, eggs, etc to be prepared, I also liked the restaurant. As a guest of the hotel you always get a free dessert if you order a main dish (at least it was valid last month). Chicken skews were great. But you will find some nice places to eat nearby. There's a McDonalds and a bagueterie near. There's a lounge at the ground floor. I believe it can be a little noisy for the rooms at the lower levels, but it was not a problem for me. So, i would definitelly stay again.

Room Tip: I believe that rooms on the upper floors are better, because of the lounge.

Really very hard to say something that has not been said before. Staff very friendly and personable. Beds are excellent, firm but soft, down comforter and pillows. Does not get more snugly than that. The entrance may fool you but once inside is very different. The restaurant can be recommended. We had both lunch and dinner on several occasions. Always fresh and nicely presented in addition to being tasty.

Room Tip: Suite 109 was very nice and quiet, facing the atrium.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights.

What we liked :
1) Ipod connection in the room
2) bathtub in the bathroom
3) DVD player where you could borrow DVDs from their library for free
4) all-day breakfast so there was no need to wake up early and rush for breakfast. Buffet and ala- carte menu all-inclusive in the rate.
5) little touches like the welcome note on the dressing table, the person at reception personally
showing us to our room and explaining the amenities in the room
6) standard coffee-making facilities
7) location - near most of the main sights
8) overall great service - staff were all courteous, helpful, always smiling

What we didn't like
Not much except for the thin walls, and our room had an adjoining door where our next door neighhour was talking with friends and playing music a little too loudly one night which disturbed our sleep.

Overall, great value for the price we paid. Would stay there again and highly recommend to anyone.

Stayed in the hotel for the second time this year - again a pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious – the huge Hästens bed has an excellent sleeping comfort. For my first stay I had a room in the 3rd floor facing the backyard. Room was quiet – however some smoke from the lobby reached the room probably through the ventilation system. Last stay – I had a room facing the street on the 2nd floor. A bit too noisy – as the walls are thin and there is traffic very early in the morning. Bathroom was of good size with a nice selection of amenities and fluffy thick towels. Free WI-FI everywhere, the biometric safe and the Mini Bar selection are a good touch. First time I stayed here – I loved the breakfast. This last time I was a little bit disappointed: fruits did not look fresh, it took “ages” to get the fresh orange juice from the waiter, the coffee machine was not ready for use at 7.30 AM, 2 of the 3 mornings. The Lounge Bar is not exactly cozy – more “hip & trendy” – but I liked it, and the staff is welcoming and service-minded.

Recommendations:
-Improve the lightening in the bathrooms. Dark is modern – however not very convenient for putting on make-up
-More lights in the corridors
-More available staff in the peak breakfast time

Room Tip: Avoid rooms facing the street - the Higher floor the better

Beautifull design hotel!
Great location, right next to Venceslau Square and the Old City. We just walked around, no need to use de subway.
We stayed in the Deluxe room and it was very spacious and quiet, very confortable bed and nice shower.
Very nice and pleasant staff, good breakfast.
The restaurant/bar is very cool and sometimes they have live music!!
We really enjoyed!
