“A Pearl in Prague.”
Reviewed 25 June 2014

Must totally agree with all the previous comments, the most central hotel in Prague for the new and old towns. Very friendly staff and a modern trendy place to stay. Been here six days and not had any problems.
(Only thing missing at breakfast is fried eggs!
Bathroom a little small but with everything you could need. WI-FI is excellent in all parts of the hotel. Free pickup from the airport was seamless and the driver very friendly and helpful. Would not stay anywhere else if returning again. Pay upfront to get free pickup, tea and coffee every day and use of the sauna at any time.

Room Tip: I booked a higher room (4 not 5 too smoky)

Great hotel, not luxurious, great price, comfortable, modern and standard European breakfast.

Reception should perhaps have a map with the route from and to the train station since the Airport Express bus leaves from the main station but it's a bit tricky to get to without proper directions.

Well, I just stayed 6 nights in the Perla hotel. It was a great experience from all points of view.
The hotel was close to all attractions, right in the middle of the old town.
Sleep quality was great.
Rooms were very nice both from design perspective and the overall comfort. (Bed, bathroom, fridge, air conditioning - all has been of good quality)
The service - also great, the reception was very helpful especially Philip.
Breakfast - very good.

I would recommend anyone that is coming to Prague for tourism to stay in this hotel.

With a pearl like reception you get the feeling of entering into a design hotel and also the artistic room numbers on the doors give that impression. The rooms are standard though, but nice and clean. Good location close to shopping and the bridges and walking distans to everything! Great breakfast with good variation of food including fresh fruit :-)

Just got back after staying 5 nights at the Perla, the room was very clean, breakfast ok and the staff very helpful. But the most important aspect of this hotel is definitely the location so close to all the main attractions. If you want great food reasonably priced visit Stare Casey just around the corner fantastic,.We also visited a local czech pub called U Templare near Hotel Josef really friendly staff and beer half the price of the old town. Petrin Hill is also a must the views are superb well worth walking up the 299 steps. All in all we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend the Perla for its locality, cleanliness and value for money

It is definitely the best ratio value/money in Prague ! The staff is nice and the general manager was of great help.

Do not hesitate to ask anything at the reception !

Stayed 3 nights at the Perla, and found it to be a wonderful small hotel in an exciting city. The hotel is in a perfect location taking only 5 minutes to walk to the Old Town Square, and 5 minutes to Wencelas Square, just far away for the crowds not to be a problem. The hotel is decorated nicely with the Pearl motif / theme running throughout the hotel. Although the rooms are bit on the small side they are more than adequate. The air conditioning was needed as we arrived in the middle of a heatwave with temperatures outside reaching 34 degrees. Bathroom nicely decorated and plentiful hot water. Breakfast was taken in the 1st floor dining room/bar, plenty of choice between hot and cold dishes with good tea and coffee. No complaints at all from either of us about any aspect of this lovely hotel. Staff all very helpful and efficient.

Room Tip: Book directly with the hotel, if you stay 3 or more nights you get a free transfer from the airport...
