The Residence Agnes is one of the best hotels in Europe my family and I have ever stayed. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distances to the places of interest in central Praque particularly the old town square.
What really impressed us was the quality of the service provided by the hotel staff, especially Frank.
When we first arrived at the hotel, the friendly hotel staff not only offered us welcome drink but also provided information on places to go in Praque, which was very useful as we were on our own for our free and easy holiday. It made it so much easier for us to decide where to go in Praque.
The next morning after the nice breakfast the hotel staff even arranged for a transport to the Praque Castle. A gesture we deeply appreciated as otherwise it would have taken a lot more effort to reach there particularly when it was raining.
The hotel even went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary chocolate box when we came back to our room in the afternoon. My daughter loved it!
We were very thankful when Frank again arranged for us transport to go to the railway station on our last day. The driver Pablo not only sent us there but also helped to carry our luggage to the station main hall. He refused to take the tip saying this was his job.
A very delightful experience . A very helpful, friendly and pleasant staff. Thank you and good job!
