Not having visited Prague before I spent a number of hours researching places to stay on line before choosing Residence Agnes for its family orientated ethos. Glad I took the time - what a gem! My husband, daughter (6 years) and I arrived early in the day, were greeted at the airport and given complimentary transfer to the hotel. The room was made ready for us by 1030 even though check in wasn't until much later in the day so that we could rest before visiting the Xmas markets. Rooms clean, tidy, and spacious enough, the beds were extremely comfortable and my daughter who never sleeps well slept extremely soundly each night on the sofa bed provided. The hotel throughout has an understated style which we liked. Breakfast was buffet style which suited us well, there was plenty of choice, plenty of it and it was all delicious. The staff were
friendly, pleasant and helpful suggesting places we might like to visit, booking tickets and taking us there. It does indeed have a family feel to it and the staff were very understanding and good with our over exuberant 6 year old. Complementary drinks were provided whenever we wanted (my only small moan is that unusually for a hotel there was no food available in the evenings which on this occaision did not matter as we ate out at the Xmas markets but normally would be good with a young child when you might not always want to book a restaurant)
Thank you for a wonderful stay we look forward to returning hopefully in the near future.
