We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights for my birthday and had a fantastic time. The staff were excellent, the best from any hotel I've ever stayed in! Breakfast was good and our room was very comfortable. We would not hesitate to come back again and have recommended this hotel to our friends and family.

This was truly the most incredibly relaxing weekend away ever thanks to the incredible customer service at this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble - taxis, transfers and restaurant and tour bookings were all efficiently managed. I loved every minute of my stay and we will be back! Beautiful, stylish, informal and central. Great value for money. Don't stay anywhere else!!!

Perfect hotel! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, all English speaking. Outstanding breakfast buffet! Extremely limited parking, but we were lucky and got a spot right in front of the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel will provide a shuttle to a nearby parking garage.
There was coffee and mulled hot wine to go in the lobby. We left with two complimentary bottles of house wine, one read and one white. Our room was on the first floor and completely refurbished. Clean and comfortable. Fantastic bed and an over sized shower.
We would recommend this hotel to our dearest and will gladly come back when we have a chance!

This hotel was amazing, the staff was extremly friendly and helpful. First thing you coming and they invite you to a beer, wine, or my favorite "Mulled Wine", then they talk you over regarding the tour of Prague. Room was spacious. Breakfast was great! The hotel building was 700 years old, and some of the ground stone, large one, was original. All in all, great little Hotel!!

Never before have I stayed in a hotel where the staff have been so friendly and accommodating,

This place redefines what the service and leisure industry is supposed to be about.

Thanks very much.....

Room Tip: Go for the upper floors, away from the breakfast area. It's not a problem but could disturb very...

We stayed in Agnes for 4 nights having read the reviews. The hotel itself is lovely, nice clean modern rooms, prettily decorated and in a great location. But the real stand out is the people that work there. Frank the owner has gathered a brilliant set of people who know how to make you feel like you're a family member rather than just another guest. They are all welcoming, kind, friendly and genuinely look like they enjoy being there. They will do everything they can to help you enjoy your stay in Prague, from booking trips, giving you lifts, advice....anything really. Whilst I was there I had a birthday and they surprised me with a bottle of bubbly and even paid for the transfer back to the airport as a birthday present.
It's also worth mentioning the refreshments. Whethere it's wine, beer, water, coke or coffee, you are offered some refreshment all the time. They even insisted we take the rest of the wine bottle to our rooms one night so we could have a night cap.
I've travelled all over the world and this hotel stands out as one of the best experiences for me. I have no hesitation in recommending it as is definitely enhanced our visit to this lovely city, and I would never consider staying anywhere else when I return.

Room Tip: We stayed in 202 and it was good

We were only able to stay one night and were still treated like royalty. The wine and a beer from the bar across the street was just the start. After suggesting a restaurant, showing us the menu and making a reservation for us, one of the hosts drove us to the restaurant when his shift ended. We were treated like visiting family members by every member of the staff. We are sometimes suspicious of restaurants recommended by a hotel, but based on the service we were convinced that we would not be disappointed and we weren't. We had an early flight out the next morning and the breakfast was set up for us half an hour early. It was more than a breakfast, it was a feast. Then, we were offered bottles of water and fruit to take with us. The reception area is beautiful and our room was perfect. We will stay here again.
