“Nowhere comes close!!”

After a four night stay here with my Husband I can highly recommend St Agnes to anyone wishing to visit Prague. The staff go above and beyond anything I have ever experienced anywhere, from the complimentary pick up from the airport to the free travel to Prague castle, every time we returned from being out, a drink was offered to us, they make suggestions on the best food and bars and even arrange a reservation for you if required. They highlight all the places of interest with a map for you to keep and arrange tours on your behalf, basically they do all the hard work for you so your holiday runs smooth and enjoy the most of what Prague has to offer.

The rooms are very smart and clean, beds comfy and the bathrooms are decorated to a high Standard.

The breakfast choice was plentiful and welcomed by staff always, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was great.

I cannot wait to return to Prague and this wonderful hotel, they are doing an amazing job and anyone who stays here will not be disappointed.

From the moment we walked in the door, my husband and I were blown away. This is truly the best hotel we have ever stayed at.

We were offered complimentary beverages upon check-in (so very welcome after 5 hours on a train!) and we were given a quick rundown with a map on the places to visit, places to visit and recommended tours. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, a wonderful resource which we utilized on many occasions. Better than google!

Our room was spotless and so calming. The beds were soft and the duvets warm (necessary in the winter!). The breakfast was superb and the wifi was fast, we didn't have a single need that wasn't met.

We were even given a complimentary ride back to the train station, which was such a load off our shoulders. Literally, our backpacks were *quite* heavy.

We truly enjoyed our time in Prague and will always think back on our stay here with extreme fondness. A fantastic hotel in a fantastic city.

welcomed by their fantastically kind and energetic staff.

This hotel is amazing!! They have the best service we've ever experienced. We had a transfer organised from the airport which on the way he pointed out the key locations in Prague. Then we checked in with ease and anything we wanted, there was no problem. They did our laundry for free, offered us complimentary drinks every time we returned to the hotel and complimentary taxi ride to the train station when we were leaving.

We decided to do the Prague tour they recommended which ended up being brilliant and well worth doing. It was about 1200 czech krona each ( about $65 AUD each). The was a bit of miscommunication on our 1st day there and we asked what we had to do to the tour and thd staff said to just come to reception at 10.30 ( she thought we had booked in already). When it was realised that we werent booked in and the tour was already full we were quite happy to arrange it for the next day , which the staff did for us, but Frank the manager felt bad and offered to drive us around on our own personal tour for the day!!

Amazing hotel, awesome breakfast and wonderful staff and highly recommend!!

From the minute we landed at the airport to be met by Gerry we had faultless polite professional friendly service. Receptionist Magdalena took her time going through places of interest and trips we could go on or places she recommended to eat at. Met with the offer of hot coffee, tea, mulled wine or wine or beer each and every time we came back into the hotel and complimentary offers to drive us to the castle on day 2 and monastery on day 3 of our trip were gratefully received.
Breakfast was a massive selection of cold meats cheeses cereals fruits as well as hot breakfast including bacon sausage eggs etc we couldn't ask for more. We stayed in room 203 and it was lovely. A huge room, massive bed. Spotlessly clean. Great shower including a hair dryer in the bathroom. It was my birthday when we were away and to add to the bottle of champagne at breakfast I got a bottle of wine and flowers in the room.
The staff couldn't do more to make our stay and stay of the other guests like a home away from home. I'll be back in a heart beat.
Hotel is short distance from old town square but if you need to go somewhere else further afield staff only to eager to help.

We have stayed in top class hotels around the world but this is the best ever. It doesn't have an infinity pool (or any pool), it doesn't have a swanky spa, it doesn't have Michelin starred dining. But it does have Frank and his wonderful team who can teach hoteliers everywhere the true meaning of hospitality. From before we arrived (when the taxi driver told us that "The Agnes is something special"), through check in that took place over a glass of wine to special touches like fresh flowers being placed in the room whilst we were out, or the bottle of wine and fine crystal glasses that also appeared one evening. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at the Agnes - they genuinely want you to enjoy their hotel and their beautiful city. They really care. The hotel itself is fabulously restored. Frank has come to the hotel business from the construction industry and he personally undertook the re-buidling of this 14th century convent to the highest standard. The place is a joy. Go there!

Prague is a fabulous city to visit and this is the best small hotel to stay in. Frank runs the perfect team with every single member of staff deserving the highest praise. The hotel is spotless and delivers service with a smile 24/7. Your every need will be met from free transfers to local destinations and complimentary house wine that is a gorgeous Chateauneuf du Pape from a carefully selected vineyard in Bordeaux. The way that the hotel is run should be the model for every small hotel. I cannot wait to return. Incredible!!!!!
