Last night we went to Suteren as part of the Prague Restaurant Festival - that means that our three courses were already planned for us. The restaurant's interior is eclectic. The service was very good, but as the restaurant was full - it was a bit slow. That was fine for us. We enjoyed not being rushed with our meal and the atmosphere was lovely. The starter was a lovely salad with duck sous-vide on green tea noodles. A surprisingly tart/spicy sauce. The main course was donkey (yes, not a typo) with two very tasty sauces to choose from and roasted potatoes. The desert was difficult to describe. It was listed as a "pecan parfait with avocado-pistacchio sauce." The sauce was on the side and tasted too much like, well, avocado. The pecan parfait was great. It was definitely not your typical Czech food. It was creative and risk-taking. Would go back for sure.
