Great food, great service and really small and intimate place to eat. Of course expensive (compared to city´s "normal dinner price"), but still worth paying. :)

“A Very Nice Dinner”
Reviewed 16 July 2014

I just had dinner here and did a 7 course tasting with my husband. This is definitely not your traditional tasting in the sense that you have to have the same meal and dishes. Here you choose your courses hot or cold and you can even add more course on if you haven't had enough to eat. So it's like a build your own tasting and everyone at the table can get what they want for each dish. I've done quite a few tastings and this is the second one I've come across set up like this. It's interesting as usually a tasting is set by the chef who has a plan for the meal so that it makes sense from start to finish so the meal and dishes build upon themselves one after another. This meal was nice, the food was fine and yes for a Michelin star restaurant it's pretty cheap to eat here and say you did a tasting at a Michelin star restaurant. I enjoyed my meal enough and the room is quaint and cozy with 7 tabletops for seatings. If your planning on having a long meal make your reservations for the later in the evening around 8 any earlier reservation and there is a time limit to turn the tables. I'm glad I went here and I had a nice meal. The service, food and atmosphere were all very fine but it didn't make me feel like I needed to go here again.

“Lovely meal, but ...”
Reviewed 16 July 2014

Lovely meal in an intimate room within the Radisson Blue hotel. Service was excellent and the food was great, but ... the food was just not as good as other Michelin one stared restaurants visited, and not really much, if at all, better than at least one other excellent restaurant in Prague that does not have such an accolade, though the food was perhaps a bit more "Michelin star style". Also the "flight of wine" served to match the courses, though very good, was rather predictable and safe.

“Michelin Star Food and Decor”
Reviewed 16 July 2014

Small intimate "art décor" restaurant which has 24 covers. Excellent service, great De-gustation menu. Work of art in presentation, taste and textures. Culinary delight of the highest order. Polished service and welcoming. Perhaps, the wine pairings were a little "young" and did not do full justice to the food that was expertly prepared by the chef. Would pay double the price for the same offering in London.

“excellent food, excellent service”
Reviewed 16 July 2014

This is one of the top resturant recommendations I give. It is not a perfect score. This small intimate resturant has garnered one Michelin star. We had the seven course meal, which at this resturant means you pick 7 dishes in the order you like. The langoustine was good, slightly cooked more than I prefer but still very good. The standout dish is the Foie Gras, grilled to melt in the mouth. Each dish was a generous portion, bordering on excessive when compared to other French resturants. This resturant is not exuberant like the 2 and 3 stared resturants. The wine listing is not large, there was not a sommelier that evening, the selection of cheeses were adequate, and bread selection was good. All in all a very solid resturant, with great food. The true beauty of this resturant is you would easily pay twice as much if it was located in Paris! You get more that what you pay for at this resturant, amazing because Michelin stars always come with a premium... I think this is the only time I will give 5/5 on value to a stared resturant. Value!?! yes...
