“Great food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 December 2012

Stumbling around in the dark we came across U Cedru, what a find, the food was amazing. The welcome was friendly and help choosing the food and advice on the menu was most helpful. We returned for our last night of a 3 day city break and had different meals of the same quality. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody. If you are staying at the Crowne Plaza off the beaten track then this is the place to try.

“Great middle eastern food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 April 2012

Delicious food. Wonderful, friendly owner who's there to greet you. He's cooked for royalty when they come to Prague. Wonderful hummus, babaganoosh, pita, delicious lamb. Outdoor seating in a fun section of Prague. Have gone there multiple times with friends and always have a good time.

“Classy little place with authentic food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 December 2011

My Lebanese friends have explained that this restaurant was the only middle-eastern option open when CZ was still a socialist country. This gem has survived the transition to capitalism and is still quite tasty. The restaurant is rather small and they always seem to be overstaffed, with many friends of the staff stopping by to visit. This makes the place seem much crowded than it actually is. The food is a bit overpriced, but authentic. They have a nice selection of European and middle eastern wines to select from.
