I saw the museum as I was wandering in the strahov monastery! It consists of only two rooms but it is really interesting and out of the usual! The exhibits can be seen through magnifying glasses and microscopes. The entry fee is just 100czk or 50czk for students so it's not so expensive.

Situated in the castle grounds is the Museum of Miniatures, really small but very interesting! Tiny microscopic art on things like petals, and needles, smallest book, train sculptures in the eye of a needle, very fascinating and awe inspiring, definitely worth a visit.

A camel can't pass through the eye of a needle, right? Actually, at this museum tucked away in a monastery in the Mala Strana area of Prague, a whole caravan of camels sits in a needle's eye. Don't ask me why I derived enormous pleasure from this exhibition, but I did.

We went to this museum before we head to the Prague Castle. I feel kind of glad that this museum is not too far out of way and it's quite close to Prague Castle. As it is a very small museum, just 2 rooms showing the exhibits. It's not that worth to go if it's really far out. However the exhibits are impressive! Agree with another reviewer it would be much better if there's some explanation of how those were made.

Small, yes, but how much space does one need to put a portrait half the size of a poppy seed on display. Worth a quick look if you like the quirky
