Very nice hotel with knowledgable staff members. Good info on tourist attractions. Be prepared to walk alot in Prague. There are buses and trams, but they do not necessarily drop you off close to the attractions. The subways drop closer. The hotel was a ways from Old town, which was likely fortunate, as it was Easter and "old town" was absolutely mobbed and noisy and congested. The tram/cable car was about 7-8 blocks. You can purchase a 1,2 or 3 day pass. Lots of restaurants within 7-8 blocks as well. Just about any sight you attend can be booked by the hotel and added to your bill. The P/U service to/from the hotel is very reasonable and prompt. Our plane was over 3 hours late, and the driver was waiting for us, thankfully. I only have one complaint, the beds were very hard, but otherwise the room was super clean and comfortable.
