This place would have easily gotten a high rating for it's impressive venue and reasonably priced drink, shame that the service is an absolute disgrace. Went in there with a friend the other night, were having a good time (leaving our money there and tipping every time, by the way) when the barman with a beard told us to go 'do prdele' which basically means go f--- yourself in English because we were stopping them from closing, despite us calmly sitting at the door finishing our pint and it still being about half an hour early before their closing time. Not the first time I've heard complaints about this man either. Waitresses a bit unpleasant, seemed to be in a funny humor also. Will not be coming back there and do not recommend it to anybody.

“Great venue”
Reviewed 28 August 2013

Outstanding place with lots of nooks and crannies to get lost in for a few hours. I would have given it a 5 if it wasn't for all the cigarette smoke. But that was also part of the atmosphere

“Impressive ”

Your first impression will be that this pub is very small, but it's not the case at all ! Go down and visit all parts of this pub. Recommended !

“A fabulous find, goes down and down and down”
Reviewed 13 April 2013

We were walking back from a bar about 1230am and passed this bar. It only had a few tables but we decide to have a last beer. After a few minutes of sitting we noticed that people kept coming and going from the back of the bar so we investigated.

We went down some old stone steps, and down and down. Deep underneath the bar are a series of old stone storage cellars and when I say old, I mean really, really old. In these cellars we found two more bars and a great crowd of people. In the end we left at 5am having had a splendid night, so good that we stopped in again the next night.

This place is really worth a visit, if for nothing else to drink a beer three floors under Prague in cellars that centuries old. Prices were very reasonable, the only reason I've not given it 5 stars is is that the lowest cellar (where we ended up) was a bit smokey.

“A surprise around every room”
Reviewed 5 April 2013 via mobile

A quirky and fun place. My girlfriend and I went for a drink on the way home from a night walk of Prague and were surprised by the variety and number of rooms. A small first bar, a music room with jamming locals, a foosball room, and two cellar bars underground. Definitely check it out!

Smoking is allowed throughout the bar and the aircon isn't perfect, so it is a bit smokey if busy.
