Description: Aldente restaurant is all that a true Italian trattoria should be - we offer a cosy interior, homelike atmosphere, pleasant service and most of all authentic Italian cuisine based not only on homemade pasta, but also fresh fish or various dishes made of genuine Tuscan beef and pork. We serve a generous selection of wines from all Italian regions, as well as grappa and other digestives.

Loved this little outdoor café! Had spaghetti carbonara there twice on our 5-day visit to the city because it was so good. Great ambience, helpful staff and just a lovely and memorable meal. Only about a 5-minute walk from the old square on a delightful street. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Was it the best Italian I ever had..... No, but it is a lovely restaurant in a great location. Service was fine... If you are on vacation you need to relax. All in all it was a good experience.
One thing I will comment on was couples outside were having to be right next to a man smoking a cigar while they were eating. We definitely would have asked to be moved.

This place lives up to its name as the pasta was prepared very al dente, which normally I wouldn't prefer. However, the sauce was very good and it was tasty. We ate outside and the patio area was very nice. We had gelato for dessert, which was also very good. I was expecting there to be pizza and pasta on the menu, but it was just pasta. So, don't come here if you are wanting some pizza!

Wow, we had a great Risotto and Lasagna (my son did) in this original Italian restaurant in one of the finest districts of Prague. We sat outside in a low traffic street.
If you're in prague, go here and eat fine for a good price because it is off the beaten track.

Charming Italian restaurant not far from our hotel (Maximilian). All round good experience. We ate on the pavement (not literally;). Service friendly. Food good.
At around $75 for three, including wine and beer it was fair value. Half the price of our 'fine dining' experience around the corner the following night and similar price to a disappointing experience the night before at a nearby restaurant.
