I spent 2 weeks in this hotel with my boyfriend in July 2011. We were totally satisfied by everything we experienced.
Our room, which we booked as a double room for 45 euros per night, was in fact a small studio flat. It had a huge double room with a very comfortable double bed, a desk, a TV and a small table and a sofa. Internet access is provided free of charge and it was fairly fast. There was also a kitchen area with a microwave, a cooker, crockery and cutlery and a fridge, which we really loved. There was a big wardrobe next to the door for our clothes and bags.
The bathroom had a shower and a tub, too. Our room was cleaned almost every day. We also got lots of clean towels. There's also a lift so you don't have to climb stairs after a tiring day. Parking is possible in the inner yard for 10 euros a day.
The breakfast was excellent. You can choose from two big tables of food: different types of bread, sausages (hot dog), mustard, ketchup, cold cuts, tomatoes, green peppers, cornflakes, eggs, apricot and strawberry jam. My favourite was tinned fruit.
Another advantage of this hotel is its convenient location. With only 2 minutes' walk you can reach the best tram line down the corner (nr 22) and the metro station Namesti Miru is quite near or just take the tram.
I really appreciated the attitude of the receptionists and the owners, who have a good command of English, they had replied to all of my emails quickly and did their best to make our stay carefree.
All in all, I would definitely recommend this fantastic hotel to everybody who wants quiet and cheap, but comfortable and convenient accommodation in the centre of Prague.

Low prices, but also very basic in the inside. small beds, all in one room. The parking is tricky as it's very tight, and they try to fit as many cars in there as possible. They charge for it too. Can't say I'll miss it.

Got a great deal through booking.com and was very pleased with our whole stay. Staff was extremely friendly and serviceminded, rooms very big and in good condition, hotel perfectly situated in a quiet but yet central area. No complaints at all and would definitely come back...

Only stayed one night with friends but for its spec, this apart-hotel represents great value at around 25 euros a night. I have stayed in Vinohrady before which has some great pubs, cafes and restaurants and is a 10 minute walk to the top of Wensceslas Square. Near the hotel try out u Bubilnu for food and beer (non-smoking), or Blatouch for coffee. 22 tram runs near the hotel.

Check in was friendly, and double rooms were large, clean and spacious with dining table, cable t.v. and laminate flooring. Bathroom was also a good size with large corner bath and shower cubicle. There is a kitchen in the hall way as you enter your apartment, with fridge and cooker if you fancy self catering. Its not luxurious, but has all you need. Its clean, large and very good value. Also had plenty of hot water in the morning.

Breakfast included cereal, cheese, sausage, cold meat, small cakes. Juice, coffee and bread were topped up. Not a fancy buffet by any means but good enough to keep you going until lunch.

We did stay for 9 night at aparthotel Susa. We got a double room for 26 euros/night. The best was the price and the second best the bathroom with a nice tub and enough of warm water!! Great.
What we did not like was
the breakfast. How can it be so difficult to buy enough of bread (bakery opposite the hotel) when they know how many customers they have otr then the peolple working at the breakfast was too lazy to fill the breadbaskets. Twise a did see that the person who worked at the brakfast did go to internet.... The coffee was horrible too.
I was wondering why they had a televiosion in the room?? We did not find any channel (via digibox)? And the internetcorner was so dark that You did not see good enough at the evenings to write. Is it so difficult to get a small light to the table?
There are also doors at the corridors that keeps You wake up during the night time. The noise from them was awful.
The staff at the reseption was quite rude, we did ask where a street is in Praha, the blond reseptionist said; go and find it in the internet! Great service. But the lads there were polite.
During the summertime the rooms must be hot, no aircondition, just the windows to open. If You want to change the air in the room You needed to open the window, even that it was cold outside.
We got a good price and Praha is a lovely town, so our vacation was just fine
