Just came back from 4 days in Poland and just had to say what an excellent hotel the Hilton in Gdansk is! We had a king room which was amazing - comfy bed, gorgeous bathroom - very clean - lovely bathrobes, slippers etc. The only down side was the view from our room was not good as it overlooked a brick wall and other peoples windows so we had to have the curtains closed - ask for a room over looking the river and it would be better! We went to chill and watched a couple of movies in our room which were expensive (£15) - had breakfast once in the hotel - very good but again quite expensive at £15 a head - a little restaurant does breakfast to the left as you go out of the hotel reasonable prices. No complaints though - the spa and pool on the roof top are excellent and very quiet when we were there - all in all a fab hotel - one of the best i have ever stayed in - we got a good deal too £60 a night on late rooms - bargain!! Gdansk itself is good - had some great food - onion soup is to die for! The sports bar had a good atmosphere and very friendly.

This is a new hotel, on the edge of the old town and on the riverside looking across the water to the new philharmonic hall. It is easily accessed by car, and about 20 minutes walk from the railway station.
Around the hotel there are plenty of dining opportunities and bars, and a 10 minute walk takes you to the central area in the old town. A further 5 minutes sees you at the micro-brewery bar / restaurant across the river.
The accomodation is at a high standard, and the fitness area (pool, sauna, gym) is also good. The hotel staff were all very friendly and efficient.
No negative points at all.

This hotel is centrally located in Gdansk - right on the riverfront, less than a 10-minute walk to the center of Old Town, the train station, and the Solidarity museum and Gdansk shipyards. I believe that the hotel had only been open for about three weeks by the time I arrived, but the service was enthusiastic and impeccable nonetheless. Clean and comfortable rooms, everything worked perfectly. The rooftop pool and deck are awesome. The rooftop terrace bar is very cool, too. Service there was a little slow, but it could have just been a busy evening. You can watch the ships sail up and down the river from your room or from the rooftop terrace. I will definitely return to this hotel if I can make it back to Gdansk. Highly recommended.

This was my second stay at Hilton Gdansk hotel and the only thing I am missing in this hotel is lack of executive lounge (as I am Hilton elite customer). Otherwise this is a great hotel at great location. It looks like they also watch what their customer are saying as they lower some prices. The underground parking fee was lower from 100 to 69 zl (the 100 zl for 1 day parking was really out of blue as one can easily find outdoor parking for about 30 zl even at high season. Perhaps those price decreases are due to low season so be prepare to pay more. The breakfast fee was also lower from about 70 to 65 zl (I think at some point they were trying to charge 100 zl for breakfast which was again quiet a lot). But breakfast there is really good starting point for the day. The hotel location I think can not be better for Gdansk downtown. Easy to get there (by car) and it is in walking distance to all city attraction day or night. There is quiet nice swimming pool but please note sauna is quiet small (I guess it could accommodate not more than 4 people at once). They have also steam room which is just slightly bigger than sauna.

I spent one night at Hilton Gdansk with my girl friend. We have booked a king room, but they have made an overbooking, so we were upgraded to the presidential room!

Our stay was fantastic! Room was perfect! We also used hotel's pool and sauna that were great.

Only minus is the price - 200 euro per king room. But it is worth the experience!

This hotel is definitely top drawer in looks, cleanliness and service, however the main problem we had was that we were told when booked that it was free w-ifi.
We booked 4 days and after first day the wi-fi connectivity ended, and from then on we had to go to reception each time to get a voucher to get back on.
So top marks for service but why this inconvenience?
The other complaint was TV picture kept disappearing. Now Gdansk is a beautiful city but on a cold, wet,m blustery November night it is nice to just relax in the hotel and chill with some TV, but we couldn't. Receptionist told us nothing could be done although they were aware of the problem!
That being said everything else in this hotel was impressive and the roof top pool, sauna and steam room was definitely the highlight, with great views up the river!

I have stayed at the Hilton Gdansk only for a 1 night but it was amazing.

Hotel is situated in town center with river view.
Very modern building with charming feeling.

We have been given a Delux room with an extra sitting space on upper floor.

Great size bedroom, clean with good equipment.

Staff friendly but without that personal touch.

Great facilities- Gym, Sauna, Spa and pool with the town view.

I recommend it in 100%
