We stayed at this hotel for four nights while exploring Gdansk and Malbork. The rooms are among the best Mercure rooms we've had, which also owes to the fact that they are pretty new. Well working airconditioning and comfy chairs in the room. The large window board can be (ab)used for enjoying the view.

We had a room on the 4th floor and the view on the old town was really nice, though probably the higher up rooms have an even nicer view. I was quite surprised that the hotel doesn't have a sky bar, especially given that it's one of the highest buildings in the area.

Staff really friendly and helpful, location is great as well, 10 minutes walk to the city center and the main station. There is a check-in desk of Gdansk airport just opposite of the hotel.

Free WiFi, but the speed very much depends. In the beginning I had a good signal, but it deteriorated during the stay.

I can only complain about the very ineffective elevator that always seems to manage to keep you waiting and the expensiveness of the options like the parking lot and breakfast. Regarding the latter, Gdansk has plenty of great alternatives.

Room Tip: Best views should be high up and facing the city center

The location of this hotel is perfect if you want to explore Gdansk's Old Town and surroundings. Clean, comfortable and elegant. Beautiful spread at the breakfast buffet. Nice bar with outdoor area which is perfect for summers. I can't fault the property apart from my bed which looked and felt comfortable yet my back didn't agree with it after getting up in the mornings. Although in saying that my travelling partner had no issues so it may have just been me.

Great hotel for business stay or City Break
Close to the old town ( 10 minutes walk from main square in gdańsk), next to the railway station and shopping centre.
I got the room on the 17th floor and the view was just amazing.
Staff friendly, rooms are fully renovated. From outside doesnt look good but insied is great, also have nice terrace with bar.
4 star hotel this should be a standard. I recommend this hotel for long weekend break wayas.

We stayed here for 2 nights coming from Australia for a wedding and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is modern and very clean. The concierge staff are great. The rooms are spacious with lots f natural light.

Get a room up high for an incredible view of this beautiful city. If we return we'll stay here without a doubt.

The hotel is across the road from the Madison shopping centre which is convenient.
