Very nice hotel, the staff was excellent, everybody spoke very good Englidh, clean ,nice rooms (and wonderful wiev from the 17 th floor!!)Especially the bed wad comfortable.Near to everything,The Old Town, shopping center and taxis right outside all the time.I really recommend this hotel, one of the best I ever stayed in!Extra plus for the staff, always smiling and everybody was ready to help us all the time!

Room Tip: Take a room high up,the wiev is fantastic, especially in the night! And no traffic noise!!!

We ended up staying here for two nights after the place we had booked turned out not to be as advertised. Monika checked us in (and out); we stayed in the last available standard room with a view over the port. The premium wifi provided worked well. The bed was comfortable and warm, the bathroom was clean, had nice toiletries and a rain shower head. The hotel is located very close to the old town in one direction, the main train station/bus station in another. It was well worth the money we spent.

An excellent experience at the Mercure Gdansk.

We were there during one of the annual market weekends, and the city was packed. Check-in was a breeze and the reception was friendly and courteous. We were on the 12th floor with a great view of Old Town.

The location is just outside of Old Town, easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

The room was well appointed, and did not lack of any essentials. Premium wi-fi worked well for me, but my wife did have trouble connecting to the network.

The lobby was fantastic and modern. The breakfast buffet (50 ZLT) was well worth the price, with a good variety of food and drinks.

Parking was at a premium while we were there, but ended up in city parking just outside the front door.

I would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: If given a choice, you will either be viewing the harbor / port, or Old Town. The Old Town view is much more picturesque.
