The hotel is situated on the Dlugi Targ, the main pedestrianised street in the old town, and so is about as central as it is possible to get. Presumably so as not to interfere visually with the carefully restored and streetscape, the main entrance is, however, just round the corner in a side street. We had got a very good room rate by booking on-line and when we checked in we were asked if we would like to include breakfast, for which charge we could also get an upgrade to a business class room. We did and were very happy with the result. The breakfast itself was the usual fayre one would expect of such a hotel but I was somewhat surprised to see what looked like some tinned fruit lurking among the freshly cut pineapple and melon. Staff were very helpful, courteous and professional. Whereas from the outside on Dlugi Targ the building is presumably a perfect replica of what stood there before the WWII bombardment reduced the city to rubble, inside it has a fairly corporate feel and, although extremely comfortable, could have been anywhere in the world. The only thing we did not like with the hotel was the fact that the beds were extremely soft: mummy bear from the Goldilocks story would no doubt have loved them but after five nights my travelling companion had real back ache.

I think, this is the best hotel in the city. A top location, big and comfortable rooms, cleanness on the highest level. Bathroom is big, nice colour, comfortable bath and very funcional. There is a nice furnityre in the room, free w-fi, good television. The hotel bar is good equppied, staff pretty nice and professional. I also like the lovely window in the room :) I recommend!

Stayed for three nights on business. The room was very clean, well appointed, well maintained and very comfy, a little small with only a single bed. The room service was good and the quality of the food was great. As a vegetarian I didn't expect the room service menu to accomodate me, but was pleasantly surprised to find options. The bathroom was impeccable, great size and spotless. The breakfast was also good.
The staff were super friendly, really helpful and polite.
It was a little pricy but worth it for a good experience and a great location.

Room Tip: I was very near the elevator and the room was small, perhaps rooms further away are bigger - migth b...

A comfortable hotel with large modern rooms, hiding behind an old facade on the main square in the old town.
Breakfast is not cheap, but the choice and quality are very good.
The room was tasteful and comfortable. With one - rather important - fault: the beds are much too soft and a little bit on the small side. I could have slept much better if the beds had been a little harder and bigger.

This was a super place to stay in the centre of Gdansk, right on the royal mile. My room was clean and modern, the usual slightly dodgy plumbing found in every Polish hotel I stayed in, a good breakfast, staff very friendly and efficient with plenty of smiles. Definitely recommended. (I cant speak to the relative cost of this hotel as I was not involved in the booking).
