I stayed in this modern and well designed hotel in Nov 2013 with my wife and 2 children to celebrate wedding anniversary.
Our second floor family apartment was spacious, very clean, both comfortable and functional.We occupied 2 separate bedrooms with large flat screen tv, round table and chairs - all in contemporary style.There were 2 entries to balcony with absolutely stunning views! Thanks to clever sensor lighting along corridor and bathroom our 3 year old twins managed to walk safely without screaming in the dark to bathroom and second bedroom.
This hotel was nicely"blended" within private houses in the area with easy and convenient access to car park , main road:Swietojanska and sea promenade called:bulwar nadmorski.
Reception and breakfast staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
Room service and Cab/taxi company were exceptional providing stylish, top quality cars each time.Relaxation room with little pool -amazing!
We all enjoyed our short break in this hotel.
I can definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quiet,stylish and convenient accommodation with best view of the polish see side!

We put a lot of effort into adapting our hotel to the requirements of different groups of Guests, even the youngest. We are glad that you and your family liked your room. Professionalism, hospitality, fresh and very well designed rooms, very good food, great location - what else?!:) Hotel got its own connection with the beach, very nice relaxation facilities, including small pool. But the most important are people, who do all the best to cause each guest feels comfortably.

Me and my girlfriend stayed in Różany Gaj for a week during Open'er Festival. All I can say - massive pleasure! First of all, amazing location! Size of our room was perfect, beautiful sea view, big bathroom ( just read some guy's complaint about the shower and problems with understanding how the hot water works..well I didn't have any issues and honestly, you have to be a dummy not to get it). Wireless internet worked perfectly for our phones and tablet. Buffet breakfast was impressive, very tasty and with big variety of food. Didn't get bored of it after 6 days! Last but not least - the staff. Everyone was friendly, always smiling and ready to help. Big thanks to reception girls for making our stay easy and relaxing. Keep it up guys, you're doing a great job. We will definitely be back soon.

This hotel was a disappointment. For the same amount of money per night, I had a room approximately five times as large with many more amenities at the Willa Anna not far away. The restaurant, swimming pool and spa are nice features, but not enough to offset the large expense relative to the value.

I booked this room a substantial time in advance asking for a sea view, but was denied one on arrival. The room was not supplied with the usual sort of documentation of phone numbers and services that one finds in most hotels. The wireless internet failed to work, requiring the use of a cable to connect to the internet. The shower had a blue button on the right valve and a red button on the left valve, suggesting that it followed the international convention of having the right valve control cold water and the left valve control hot water. There was nothing to indicate either on the shower or in supplied literature that in fact, the right valve controlled water pressure and the left valve controlled water temperature. When I turned on the right valve, cold water poured out (partially confirming my theory of how it functioned) but when I turned on the right valve nothing happened. This led me to infer that the hot water was not working. Hence, I slept my first night still sweaty and dirty from travel. Apparently other visitors have complained to the management about the same experience but the hotel has done nothing to remedy the problem. The solution is simple: label the right valve pressure and the left valve temperature. What's so difficult about that?

One positive note is that the staff was cheerful and helpful; Natalia and Daria were particularly attentive and charming. Both deserve a raise.

Room Tip: Ask for a sea-side room, but you may not get it. Go to another hotel.

Our greatest concern is the well-being of our Guests and we are very sorry if any of them feel that the standard of given service was insufficient. That is why we’ve tried to design an unusual hotel with a lot of modern details as for example: washbasin taps, lights in room etc.
Our hotel manager explained to you how to use it and also tried to help with WiFi – it has worked for all other Guests, that’s why we couldn't help you in other way then giving you a cable connection.
We need to emphasize that we are truly sorry that you were not satisfied with the standard of given service and we do respect your point of view.
You can be sure that each element of your complaint has been taken very seriously and deeply analyzed.

My stay was booked by a local business contact.
Hotel is set on a hill overlooking the sea - so ask for a good sea view when booking.
Beautiful surroundings and hidden pathway down to sea at rear of property.
Nice welcome in modern car park and courtyard - plenty of parking.
Not a big hotel but worth a stay as it is clean, modern and designed with quality in mind.
Happy staff makes this a warm and friendly place to stay.
My room was big with a very comfortable bed - good sleep, and quiet too.
Bathroom was nicely furnished with good shower.
Breakfast was simple and tasty.
Would recommend and will return.
Thank you to everyone for making my stay a happy one.

Hotel is at the top of a steep hill, a car is recomended if you want to go
site seeing. The sea view is wonderful and the hotel has a great terrace
that over looks the sea. There are steps down to a fab promanade but
theirs alot of them. You can walk down the hill of course.
The hotel is very modern, large bed rooms with walk in showers in the
bathroom.
We stayed half board the breakfasts were wonderful but the lunch and
dinner menu was very limited, the same menu for lunch as dinner and it
did not change all week.
All the staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful

Room Tip: Ask for balcony or sea view

Stayed here for two nights in room 402 while visiting our son who lived nearby. Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, massive comfortable bed, complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water in the room , pleasant friendly staff, a nice nice restaurant (only had breakfast here though) and a good strong wifi internet connection throughout the hotel - better than the one I have at home! Loved the spa - as did my son and his girlfriend who spent a couple of hours in there! Handy rear entrance that led down to the seafront promenade area. My only gripe, like a previous visitor, was that we couldn't seem to turn the room heating down. We just opened a window though. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Room Tip: Definitely worth paying a bit more for a sea view.
