We stayed over the weekend to celebrate my 30th birthday, and I was welcomed by a fruit basket, cookies and a note from the staff congratulating me on my birthday.

The rooms were big, clean and had a fantastic view, the bathroom was clean and welcoming. The only negative thing was that the blender did not keep the warm water steady.

The spa was incrediable, it was Our first time at a spa, and we were a bit scared that we had to sit in a room with other people and get our pedicures. That was not the case. Well inside the spa it was a big hallway leading us to room after room, the spa- employeers were welcoming and kind. I got three treatments, and enjoyed every second of it!

The pool and relax area was big and nice. Many hot tubes and saunas

An overall fantastic trip and the hotell and staff couldn't be better! I can safely recommend this hotel to everyone I know!

I spent a few days in this hotel in February. Actually we were going to go to Sheraton but when I learned that kids can use indoor swimming pool there only between 11.00 am and 6 pm we changed our minds. Thus we decided to go to Mera Spa Hotel although it offers 4 stars instead of 5 stars of Sheraton and the rates were more less the same. But that was definitely a good decision. We travelled with two kids of 4 and 2 years old and they expected swimming pools. The swimming pools in the hotel were great. They have two separate pools for little kids. In addition to that there are two other pools, 2 indoor and 2 outdoor jacuzzi and other attractions such as relaxation area with a fire place or saunas. What is nice - guests are offered free drinking water with fruits in the spa area. When it comes to kids there are nice two recreation rooms as well as a nice outdoor playground.
The hotel is located just a few meters from the beach and some rooms are overlooking the sea. A wald to the city centre takes about 20 minutes. Standard rooms are rather small but clean. The whole hotel is new and offers very good standard. We ate breakfasts in the hotel and they were great. What was strange - the hotel wants you to pay for parking in front of the hotel although you can park a few meters farer free of charge. The staff is not as kind as it could be but it can be a result of lack of experience. Overall a great place not only for families. I would be happy to visit it again.

Good for couples, family, business, friends, and solo!Possibly the best hotel in Sopot. When it says 'spa hotel' trust me they mean it. 2 outdoor jacuzzi, and yes there bubbling and yes there hot enough. Also in a quarter of the main pool there's a massaging bubble bench on the sides. Two mini fountain pools for little ones and an average sized pool with two jet water fountains. On ether side and much more such as the any age massages. And that's why I would recommend this hotel to any one and every one!

This hotel is a best example of Polish service and quality per price: pools and saunas are amazing and food served in restaurants is delicious. Gdansk city is worth to explore. We're definitely going to back there.

Room Tip: Choose Romantic room with sea view.

Stayed here in late November. Incredible hotel and spa complex. The star rating is a great disservice to this superior establishment. From the smartly designed lobby, to glorious spa facilities, to beautiful pools and sauna/steam rooms, and finally modern with class rooms, there is nothing in this hotel that was a disappointment to a very experienced traveller. Well done! Can't wait to return again.

This Hotel is superb and in a great location. We went there for a couple of days- it's beside the beach and located between Gdansk and Sopot. There was a lovely walkway parallel to the beach that took us right into Sopot Centre. The hotel itself is all mod cons and the room was fantastic. Overall if you want a location beside the beach, in a quiet area within a 15 minute walk to Sopot, then I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
