The restaurant was recommended to us by another friend. It is in the heart of Sopot, a short walk from the pier. The food was delicious (we tried the dumplings) with excellent service. Highly recommend it and will return when we next visit Sopot

It was another visit in this restaurant and it was disaster. The biiggest disadvantage of this place was service last time. And this the food was worse then service. It was worth to go there before even if service was very poor but food was really delicious - it seems they lost their advantage now. Maybe it is due to tireing summer season. But most probably due to poor management. It is really pity that such nice food (best polish traditional in 3city) is not served any more. The place was "1 season star"

45 mn to get 2 cold starters. When I told the waiter that it was really too long, he answered to me : "well, that's life !". The pate was dry and overcooked, the tartar steak (prepared by the cook) was all right but very small, the "schabowy" (breaded meat) was very fat and the knuckle of pork was without taste and didn't look very fresh. Very high prices for such a bad meal and for such an horrible service . We will not come back.

Meat on a vegetarian pierogi and rotten salad on the plate!!
Went there because of the supposed good reputation. We took no starters and went straight to mains. 4 stakes and 1 vegetarian pierogi. The wait was around 30 mins ( a little to much for what we have asked for). When it finally arrived, the first impression was good with all the show off with the food on the trolleys and in-situ plating. However, here is how it went:

1) In the pierogi, there was one with meat. For a vegetarian person, this was quite disturbing. The waiter when told, simply said:" I will take that one from your plate and bring you two more ( as if one extra dumpling would be enough for apologizing.

2) The stakes were good and meat of good quality. I asked for medium and it came a bit on the rare side, but I did´t mind.

3) I found a big portion of rotten leaves in the salad served with the steak . Seriously, it was something like you would have in the fridge after 2 weeks of opening a pre-washed salad pack.
The waiter when called tried to minimize the issue by saying "It is not our fault, we take the salad from the pack!) Really? They take salad from the pack and don´t even check it?? So much for fine dinning...
The waiter took the salad away but did not bring a replacement. Needless to say that I didn´t touched it but I had to pay full price.

NO APOLOGIES presented and NO ATTENTION ON THE FINAL BILL WHATSOEVER!! Terrible service altogether. They are very well located and clients will always step in regardless. So, why care for them?I strongly recommend to search for better options (plenty) in Sopot.

Rude waiters, rather poor value for money. They didn't want to accept a payment with multiple debit cards, after asking for the manager he came and started shouting at us. The part of the restaurant where we were sitting looked like a cheap motel restaurant.
