The hotel has been recently refurbished and everything is nice, clean and smart. The food is nice and the hotel staff are very friendly and have a good grasp of English. The rooms are nice and clean with aircon which has been great as it was 38'c yesterday.
I would recommend staying here.

We had a reservation for a family room with a dog. We arrived in the evening after driving for 10 hours and were pleased to see a modern and clean looking hotel. Immediately upon entering the reception clark named Hubert asked us to leave as dogs as he said "are not welcome" in the hotel. I presented him with the copy of my reservation. He didn't want to check it out - it turned out later that he didn't speak any English. He stated in Polish that I must be lying as dogs and groups like ours (I presume he must have meant families as we travelled with our two children) were not welcome and will never be accepted at the hotel. He declined to inform the management, refused to call his supervisor but briefly called someone who confirmed to him that we would not be accepted for the night. We were simply shocked by his rudeness, incompetence and arogance. We left completely stunned by the worst hotel experience we ever had. Fortunately we quickly found a very nice and comfortable hotel down the road, where we were gladly accepted with our children and our dog. We certainly recommend that you avoid this place at all cost.

+ve:
Brand-new hotel which has been beautifully fitted out. The rooms are very nicely fitted out, and we only stayed in the cheapest type of room.
The guy working on the reception desk was very friendly and helpful.
The restaurant is VERY nice. The chef for dinner made a beautiful meal fitting of any top-class restaurant. Breakfast was also very good, which included a menu of items which could be cooked fresh for you at no extra cost.

-ve:
The lady serving us in the restaurant wasn't all that helpful - she apologised that they had just started a new menu that day, so didn't have it in English, but then wasn't willing to translate anything even briefly, so we just had to choose based on pictures of less than half of the available meals.
As a room tip, definitely ask to NOT get a top floor. It has windows in the roof, but then the curtains are just normal hanging curtains, so [particularly in summer] the sunlight fills the room very early!

Room Tip: NOT the top floor, unless you want to get woken by sunrise.

This new hotel is located in the centre of the town, at the main street. There is a spacey parking lot, both on the backside of the building and in the basement. The architecture outside is rather not interesting, but interior is modern, shining and provocative. The standard double rooms, bit too small and too narrow. The bathroom is nice arranged with high class facilities, but not functional even for single occupation. The staff seems to be not yet professional, but they try to be helpful and attentive. There are some strange rules existing in this hotel, like; you have to pay for the room at check-in, or you are charged for the fresh orange juice at the breakfast. The breakfast is generally ok, not very rich but served in a very elegant restaurant upstairs. Hopefully, in a short time, hotel becomes full standard and service quality. Like for a newly open venue, the prices are definitely too high.
