We stayed here as an intermediate stop between two other cities. It is on the edge of a town which we had no real interest in visiting.

The hotel was immaculate and new. And it met our needs for a short stay.

The one strange as aspect was that everything was small. Not uncomfortable, but a feeling of being cramped. The bathroom sink was tiny. The bed for two was about as narrow as acceptable. Walking around the room was not pleasant. It was fine for a 12 hour stay, but for me, not much longer than that.

The room had a narrow balcony.

If you enjoy morning exercise turn left (by foot) when you leave the hotel and in about 200 yards you will se a two lane road leading into the woods, A place for a wonderful walk.

Room Tip: Try to get a room on a higher floor, since the hotel is located on a road with a good deal of traffi...

We stayed here on our last night in Poland before departing from the Katowice airport. We had two single beds in our room--both very comfortable--but the room was a bit small. It was fine for our purposes but may have become too small if we were staying for more than one night. Very clean, trendy colors, and bathroom was clean. It was quiet when we stayed on a weeknight. The restaurant was amazing and featured an "open kitchen" so you can watch the cooks make your meal. We enjoyed one last plate of pierogies and they were excellent. I would stay here again. Staff was friendly and spoke English well in the hotel and the restaurant. We took a taxi from the hotel to the Katowice airport; I think it was approximately $40 USD. The hotel booked the taxi for us. I was also impressed with the value of this hotel compared to that of hotels in the USA.

First of all, the breakfast was perfect!
The staff was kind and did a good job during check in and check out. Odering a taxi and giving information was done very fast and friendly.
The rooms are small, but for business trips big enough. WiFi is free of charge and working well.
Using the elevators during breakfast period is asking the guests for a lot of patience.
The bathroom could have been cleaner.

Positives:
- great value
- fantastic restaurant (with reservations toward breakfast - empty dishes, some food didn't taste well - smoked salmon)
- free parking

Negative:
- very bad first impression - looks like old apartment block or office building - first time I've been there I actually wanted to cancel when I saw it
- staff needs training on how to service guest - sometimes answers especially from bar staff are on the edge of arrogance, also reception staff

Booked a large suite at this hotel, just because it was affordable. Seems that they have to adjust on prices, because the hotel is located somewhat outside the town centre, making you dependent on taxi or other means of transportation.

The suite was ok, with several rooms, to bathrooms and everything very spacious. It did give a slight impression of being worn, textile on floor and furniture just a little "not new" - with some stains.

Despite these little minor details, we had a great stay and a good night sleep.

We didn't find anything tempting on the menu for dinner, so that was eaten at an outside restaurant. The breakfast was good, with enough choices.

I tried to book this hotel through their web site but it kept refusing to process the booking so booked through Travel Republic. Booked two rooms, one single and one for three people. Upon arriving we were booked into two double rooms and it cost another 75zl per night for a room with a pull out sofa bed.

The young lady on the reception desk was very pleasant.

The evening meal in the restaurant was not great, the chicken broth soup was very spicy, peppery and the spare ribs in honey sauce was edible but I would give it 3 out of 10.

The single room was nice and specious but had a TV that would not work, as we arrived late I did not bother to complain on the night. The other room was small, divided into two, with one double bed and as said pullout double bed that was very uncomfortable and took up the whole room.

The breakfast was very very good, plenty of quality choice, it earned the hotel an extra star.

When I complained about the TV not working no one even said sorry we will get it fixed.

This was the worst Best Western hotel I ever stayed in.

One odd thing was the carpet through out the hotel , it looked dirty, whether it was a pattern or it was actually dirty, photo enclosed so decide for yourselves.

There was several electric points , the Wifi reasonably fast, the proper beds were comfortable, the air con worked well and had a control panel in each room. Nice touch was each room had complimentary bottles of water and chocolates.

I was in this hotel for a night. The hotel is good, well mentained. Rooms are good. But I felt the room is little small in my experience with other hotels. But anyway, its good for a short business trip.
