Noma Residence Promnice is a unique hotel in a unique setting. Perfect place to rest and to admire a true Polish landscape in a wild forest on the shore of a beautiful lake. Friendly atmosphere, original hunting lodge, extremely comfortable rooms, with very elegant arrangements. Excellent food. Romantic. Absolutely recommendable!

This was a return visit to the hotel - we have stayed there on previous occasions. Hence a recommendation as to its quality. Most of the staff speak English well - so no encumbrance to those of us who either do not speak Polish or speak it poorly. Located close to Pszczyna Castle which "is a must" to visit.

I have reviewed this place before but to update they have now sorted out wifi in the hunting lodge rooms and overall the hotel is as good as ever. Great rooms and super restaurant. I have been staying here regularly en-route between warsaw and budapest and will continue to do so - main reason is that they have really great service. I love that they have my room key ready before I even walk in - no waiting around to sign forms when you are tired from a long drive. Although it is in the middle of a forest I feel very secure as they have very professional security guards 24 hours - the great security is a big plus for me as they always go the extra mile - happy to walk the dog with me if it is dark or to bring an umbrella if it is raining. A real find.

Room Tip: I love the hunting lodge rooms - they are in a seperate building but have the benefit that you can p...

Unique old and original hunting lodge. The main building is in museum style. Located in a very secluded forest area. Rooms need upgrade to modern electricity. Dinner is in the main (huge ) restaurant and although we were all alone ( which could have been a sign for bad reputation ) the food was great and the wines per glass superb.

One of the most magic places I know, especially in winter - old hunting palace. Amazing architecture, very nice rooms and great restaurant. Pricey, but worth it.

Would recommend to stay only in the main building, the rest are much less climatic.

This place is not designed/built to accommodate hotel guests and weddings at the same time - but that's what they do. Spent two nights there, several days apart, one with no wedding and one with. Service was fine, and I am not demanding, on the no wedding night. However, on the wedding night hotel guests take a back seat to the party goers and it is almost impossible to walk through the place let alone get a drink or a meal. In short, service was non-existent unless you begged. The music and dancing go on until 3 or more in the morning. One odd thing was upon the day of departure, we were stopped at the gate and told to return to the hotel, which we did. It appears that my son, we had two rooms, had removed a bottle of water from the mini bar and forgot to tell me so I could pay up at checkout - he was busy carrying the suitcases up and down. After spending approximately $650 at this place, we were denied exiting over a 10 cent bottle of water. You would have thought we were taking antiques and bathrobes. Silly!

Room Tip: No elevators - no porters. All rooms are up one to two flights, plus having to lug everything from...
