“A lovely little hotel out in the suburbs”
Reviewed 21 August 2013

This was a lovely place to stay a little out of town, but easy to get to. We had a car, and the free secure parking was a bonus. Loved their restaurant. They served great breakfasts and we enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant as well. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the staff unfailingly helpful.

The hotel was good, but I expected more from a five star hotel. It is very far from the center of Krakov, more than 6Km, so we need to pick our own car or asking a taxi.

The breakfast was good, and the service was very good too.

We stayed three nights at this hotel, and it was great.
Very nice staff, proud to explain anything and everything
you would like to know about Krakow. Only problem was
they said the room had a/c, but it was not working. Lucky
enough it was cool outside, so we slept well. The breakfast
has been the best so far during our three weeks of travelling.

I am so glad to have found that hotel. I was slightly concerned about its location out of the centre, but it was very competitively priced, leaving lots of spare money for taxis to go around Cracow.
Anyway, if you are looking for something unique, a true boutique hotel, this place is fr you. We stayed in room 208 which was very spacious and furnished with real antiques. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had heated anti fog mirrors. Other hotels please take notice.
Morning breakfast was served in a room downstairs, which opened out onto a pleasant garden. The breakfast had plenty of vegetarian options to keep my wife happy.
Overall, we were extremely happy to stay there and will recommend it to all our friends.

We greatly enjoyed out time at this hotel. The staff was very attentive, evening meals and breakfast were of a very high standard, we greatly enjoyed eating there. Having a car, we were pleased by the free secure parking. We knew the location was slightly out of town and did not find this hindered our sightseeing.

Lovely hotel, steeped in history, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast is nothing short of a feast! The hotel is about 10 mins away from the centre of Krakow by taxi but they are very cheap and you never have to wait more than a few minutes after the hotel orders one for you. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious and made up every day. We had a lovely stay in Krakow and would recommend to everyone!

This is beautiful, traditional hotel located about a 3.5km walk from the city centre.
We stayed here for 2 nights with our main purpose to use it as a base to visit Auschtwitz. It was perfect for us as we have a car and did not want to pay extra for parking in the city.
If you do want to go into town I believe there is a tram close by. Otherwise it is a very easy 30 - 40 minute walk.
The staff at the hotel are very polite and helpful. The rooms are a good size. Ours had a very large bathroom.
We ate at the hotel restaurant both nights of our stay. The food was fantastic and reasonably priced as well. You must try the pierogi - delicious!
The hotel breakfast was also fantastic and included both hot and cold menu items served with 'real' coffee.
I'd recommend this hotel to people who have a car or who don't mind being away from the centre of town.
