A gem of a hotel a short walk from the centre of Krakow, ideal for those who don't want to be amongst the all night hustle and bustle of the town. The staff couldn't do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble. Large rooms were spotless, breakfast was plentiful and extremely varied - every taste / diet seemed to be catered for.

Just spent a weekend in Kracow with 5 friends and all stayed here. Excellent modern hotel with huge rooms and en-suites. Clean, modern facilities. 20 min walk to old square.

Stayed here with my very fussy friend, i looked at lots of hotels, i have been to krakow three times now each time in november, you could not fault the hotel for its cleanliness, good sized rooms and spotlessness. The breakfast was good very continental, rolls meats cheese, some hot food all very nice. It was a plesant walk along the river to reach the wawel castle, futher still to the town, but so much to see you don't realise how far you have walked untill the end of the day. Krakow is my favorite city, i love it, everywhere is steeped in history. I like the winter best to visit as every time i have been its been very cold and snowed. Take good warm clothing and comfortable walking shoes as you walk a very long way. The reception staff are very helpful and speak good english. Nice cake shop next door.

The hotel is in a nice quiet location with a bakery next door, a fruit market and other little convenience stores close by. It is about a 15min easy and picturesque walk along the river to the castle and another 10mins to the main town square. If you dont mind the walk this is a good value for money hotel.

We booked a double room but were given a huge suite, very roomy. The bathroom is very new and modern and big. The couch and bed were a bit hard to be very comfortable. THere was no air-con but we opened the windows and got a very nice breeze. WE were given complimentary water every day.

Overall would recommend as good value for money.

The hotel has recently been refurbished and all the furniture is brand new. The rooms are huge for the price. They are very functional although slightly lacking in character. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. I had a problem with my shower and they moved me to a new room straight away. The breakfast was great, with plenty of choice although they seemed to like playing naff music from the 80s and 90s. The hotel is in a nice quiet area and it is only a 15 minute walk to the main square.

Totally brand new, on a very quiet street, 15 min. relaxed walk to the Main Square in Old Town.
Definitely recommend.
Huge comfortable beds, large bathroom, insulated windows.
Super clean.

Breakfast is one of the best I've seen in hotels.

Only negative- maybe not the most romantic place in the world.
