Dear Guest,
thank you for staying with us and for taking time to share your nice opinion.
Such a review is like a reward for us!
Thank you for mentioning our great cleanliness, central location, good facilities in the room.
We are happy that you liked our breakfast room, we are sure that only we have such artistic and colorful murals which remind our guests that all roads lead to Krakow.
It is great that you have also enjoyed the breakfast buffet - we created a nice variety of cold and hot products, always fresh and tasty. Did you like the music during the breakfast? Aside from a nice breakfast we also serve great music to our guests, to make them start their day in a relaxed way but also with a positive attitude, all this thanks to a mix of smooth jazz and chillout music.
Thank you for mentioning our nice and helpful reception desk staff - we will pass them your opinion.
And very useful information for other travelers, thank you for posting it - there is a grocery shop just crossing the street, pharmacy 3 minutes from our hotel, and most of all - it is a quiet and safe area, so all you have to think about - enjoy your visit in Krakow.
We hope we will host you many times in the future, maybe you could come with your friends during the summer time? Join us on our FB profile and get intriguing facts about our magical city and special offers only for our FB fans.
Thank you once again and see you soon hopefully!

When I read the reviews I thought this hotel cannot really be as nice as people say at such a reasonable cost. Oh YES IT IS!. The hotel has all you need, nice decor, good size bathroom and the rooms are serviced daily. The staff are ALL kind, friendly and helpful they will help you with everything from simply giving yo u directs, to booking trips to even providing a nice packed lunch for your day out.
A brilliant place, centrally located...We will return!

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with a friend over the weekend and had an absolutely wonderful time. I cannot praise the staff highly enough for being friendly and helpful -- with booking tours, taxis etc. The location is great - very close to the train station (which you can walk through to get to the central shops) but down a quiet street, with shops at either end. It's also very cheap to get taxis around (they seemed to be very prompt!) which we found great in the -10 degrees temperatures. The rooms were spacious, warm and nicely decorated, beds comfy and there were tea/coffee making facilities as well as complimentary water, all of which came in very handy. The pressure on the shower was also greatly refreshing! We were very sad to leave and would definitely stay here again for the great prices.

Dear Rachel,
thank you for staying with us and for posting your nice review.
We are more than happy that you and your friends had a great time with us!
Such opinions are like a reward for us for all our work.
Thank you for giving us such a high rating for our staff members (we will surely pass them your nice words), comfortable and nicely decorated rooms, good equippment...not every hotel has complimentary tea&coffee making facilities and mineral water - we do have them all free for charge in the guests rooms :)
It is good to know (this information might be useful for other travellers) that we are only 5 minutes from Main Station, there are many shops nearby like a big shopping mall Galeria Krakowska and even grocery shop just across the street - very convenient.
Taking into account the fact that our magical city Cracow is full of interesting events to participate, places to see, things to do, people to meet, nice hotel to stay (Atelier aparthotel of course :) - we are sure that we will host you not even one more time but even more times.. we hope so!

This was a romantic weekend for me and my girlfriend. The hotel is conveniently positioned down a quiet street, five minutes away from the main station and less than a 15 minute walk from the main square in the Old Town. If you're going to the opera it's merely two minutes away.

The hotel itself is a stylishly decorated modern building, with several rooms and a restaurant that serves breakfast. The room we had was the very pretty number 11, which consisted of your standard hotel fare (Double bed, tv, table and two chairs, tea and coffee making facilities and a private bathroom with power shower). The room was clean and tidy, however the view (the downstairs carpark) was a little disappointing. The bed was comfortable and the hotel is completely silent at night, perfect for light sleepers.

The biggest highlight for us was the staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I had the poor receptionists running down to the kitchen on a regular basis to get champagne glasses, bottle openers and the like, to which they had no qualms about doing so. Additionally, they provided us with advice on local transport, the sights and other things, and handed us umbrellas before we went out into the pouring rain.

Overall, this is a clean and comfortable hotel with exemplary staff and one of the best value for money stays we've ever had.

We have just got back from our first visit to Krakow and I felt compelled to leave a review for this hotel.
From the moment we entered and spoke to the lovely receptionist we knew it was gonna be great.
The rooms are not spectacular but had everything we needed for our stay and a fantastic price. It was located in a lovely safe quiet street about 5 minutes walk from the main bus/train station.
There are supermarket/shops opposite and at both ends of the street. We felt safe both day and night time when we were returning. The rooms were clean and spacious, there was a tv, shower and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was perfect, a little basic but for the price it was fantastic and just what we needed to start our day.
The best thing about this hotel were the reception staff, the 2 girls were lovely and friendly, always had a smile when we passed, and they arranged our trip to Auschwitz no fuss.
When we were going to check out we were looking forward to thanking the girls but we were greeted by a male receptionist who was equally as friendly! This hotel must have a great recruitment policy!!
All 3 receptionists are an absolute credit to the business, thank you and hope to see you again on our return in the near future

Room Tip: We had room 13 on the ground floor and was perfect for us

I went to Krakow last November with two friends. Our room was nice and clean, and there is a possibility to make coffee or tea. We only had breakfast once at the hotel and it was ok, but basic. the hotel isn't far from the city centre, so that's also an advantage. But the best thing about this hotel was definitely the staff! They were really awesome and helped us during our whole stay with all kind of things. The day of our arrival we were two hours too early at the hotel to check inn, but even that wasn't a problem because our room was already ready for us. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know!

Dear Guest,
Thank you very much for staying with us and for your kind opinion.
You have written important thing for other travellers - check in.
Normally we have check in time from 2 p.m., but if the room is ready
we always check in the guest straight away, so they could immediately
relax and refresh after the journely, have some tea, coffee
and mineral water in their room (for free!).
As you have noticed - our location is a very big advantage, so close to the Main Square,
only 5 minutes from the Main Station and the same to the tram and bus stop.
On the other hand, there is so peaceful here, so our guests can relax after all day of sightseeing.
Cleanliness - this is another thing that other travellers might be curious,
thank you for pointing it,
we are proud from our housekeeping, our chambermaids do a great job!
We not taking your friends and coming to Cracow in the summer time?
Our magical city is teeming with life even at night..
We invite you to join us on FB to get more great news about Cracow
and special offers for our FB fans.
Thank you once again and hope to see you really soon!

Just returned from a 3 night stay at the Atelier.
Firstly I must say that the 2 young girls on reception were absolutely lovely and helped with everything we asked for. directions etc.
Biggest disappointment for us was that we had specifically asked for twin beds but were given a double and the room was on the 4th floor with no windows just skylights which couldn,t be reached to open, which as the room was unbearably hot during the night was an issue. also the lack of view was a minus point, not even being able to gauge the weather without leaving the room, but as there are no facilities for smokers whatsoever I had to take the 4 flight trip anyway.
A big concern to me was that the duvets had no covers and I was a bit dubious as to how often they are laundered.
Aside from the above the Hotel is spotlessly clean although basic, tea and coffee in the room , not replenished during our stay though,.
Breakfast was a non starter, we went down the first morning to the tiny dining room to find all that was left hot food wise was one sausage and some dubious looking egg concoction and a few drops of cold coffee, the man in there made it quite clear he wasn,t going to speak to us by shutting himself in the kitchen area.
I wouldn,t return to Krakow as i found the polish people with a few exceptions on the whole unfriendly, but if you are going on a budget this hotel is more than adequate and is quite nicely situated in a very quiet area a 15 minute stroll from the centre.

Room Tip: ask for a room with a view

Dear Guest,
thank you for staying with us and for posting your opinion.
Thank you for your nice words about our reception desk staff.
About the room - if you are not satisfied with your room, the best
is always to tell your remarks as soon as possible, so that we can change your room
or make other changes to make your stay perfect.
The same with the duvet - they always have covers, it must have been some mistake
which also would be fixed if we could have knew about it.
However, we apologize you for any inconvenience.
All our rooms are non-smoking, there is a special indicated place outside the building,
it was made to take care of health and safety of all our guests.
We are really sorry how you felt in the first morning during the breakfast,
mayby you went to the breakfast room after the time of serving?
Breakfast is being served from 7 a.m. till 10 a.m. on weekdays
and from 7:30 a.m. till 11 a.m. on weekends.
We can assure that during the serving time the breakfast buffet is always complete.
We hope that despite these small invonveniences you will visit our beautiful city once again,
so that we could host you with all our hospitality.
Kind regards.
