Good location is the only real plus I can find. It is NOT a 3 star hotel although advertised as such. Rooms were clean but tiny with little or no facilities provided. No wardrobe or storage facilities. You will have to live out of your suitcase - and walk over it to get to the rest of the room. No bedside table. Lamps didn't work. Bed linen ripped. No hand towels. Shower loose. All small complaints but exacerbated by the tiny room. Don;t be fooled by the photos - the double room meant only one of you had space to walk around at a time.
Most of the staff are very friendly but the manager was not - especially when we complained.
If you are staying for maybe one night then this may be for you. If you are staying longer find a REAL hotel. The cost is really not worth the discomfort.
This is really a gym with a couple of spare rooms with paper thin walls.

Room Tip: Go to a hotel.

For the price per night, I found that this hotel is ideal for a city break to Krakow. Clean, comfortable and a fantastic location.

Less than 10 minutes drive from the airport, and with all major sight seeing attractions within a 20 minute walk, I would definitely stay here again should I return to the city.

Plenty of bars and restaurants to be found close by.

There is no credit to be granted to Atlantic Hotel. Despite I had a reservation I was told that the bad is broken and there are no other rooms available, which later on I found out that there was a lie (based on further reaction from reception officers). In compensation, they proposed to switch the accommodation to another hotel 500 m distance from Atlantic (because is under the same umbrella), which is rather a 2 than 3 stars. Afterwards, when I checked in that hotel I found out from the reception the real reason for lack of the rooms in Atlantic hotel: too overcrowded.
The location is good, but the access to parking is very difficult because is less wide (2 or 3 cm left from both parts of the car and the tunnel’s walls). Definitely, I wouldn’t choose or recommend the Atlantic Hotel again for being not creditable (for least for me it wasn’t).
What can be worst than to be cheated!

Manoeuvring a car through the archway entrance to the parking of this little hotel sets the scene! The 'Club-Hotel' is primarily a squash court and fitness centre with hotel rooms filling one area. The rooms are small and not well sound insulated from each other. The bath/shower areas are the best features of the rooms. Air conditioning is not adequate for summer, we were fortunate to have relatively quiet evenings to have our windows open. The breakfast area is a corridor near the squash courts and the breakfast very plain. The situation close to the pedestrian areas and centre of town is excellent and the pricing reasonable. The reception, shared with the Gym, was friendly but more concentrated on the Gym.
Summary: A workmanlike little hotel with good access and parking close to the centre.

This was not a hotel, but a squash- and fitness club that rents out 6 rooms as a side income. I got a tiny room, just a bed, tiny desk and chair. No bedside table or wardrobe. No minibar, so there was no way to keep water or the like cold. There was supposed to be air condition, but this was controlled from the reception. You had to ask them to turn it on. I asked many times, and they said it was on, and set to 18 degrees. According to my thermometer, it was 28 degrees in the room. There were ants crawling all over my room. The walls were extremely thin. I had to sleep with ear plugs, because the snoring from the room next door was driving me crazy. I could hear everything that went on in the other room, very uncomfortable. There was no curtain, just a see-through screen, so that the sun woke me early every morning, and when it was dark and I had the light on, everyone could see into my room. The bed was very hard. Bathroom was ok, though.

The staff consisted of very young people, who obviously had no idea what to do when people complained to them. They did nothing but shrug when I informed them that the aircondition did not work in my room.

The included breakfast was served in a narrow corridor, not very cozy. The food was terrible. Very little selection, and everything was warm. They just put the food out early in the morning, and left it there without any attempt at keeping it cool. It consisted of sweaty cheese and ham that was curly with heat. Some cucumber slices and tomatoes that were also dried out. Dry bread. Cereal, but with only warm milk, not tempting. Warm juice. Horrible coffee, they obviously just put a pot on in the morning and left it there. One day it was yoghurt, after another guest made them go to the shop next door to buy.

Location was good, everything within walking distance.

However, I would not stay here another time, or recommend it to anyone else.

Nice hotel! We stay here for 2 night and our room was really really small (the "famous" n. 13), but it was quite and clean and it's enough for us. The room has tv, shower and a terrace. One positive thing is the free use of the gym and sauna.
Staff is really really kind and helpful. Breakfast overall is good, salty food (ham, salame, cheese) good, superb apple juice, sweet food not exceptional, bread quite good.
