We stayed here three days in June, 2012. Our room was directly above the excellent bakery/coffee shop below - we had a corner room with balcony. Even before we left home, the staff was great at sending me easy directions to the suites, and then, while we were staying, and when planning our departure, Chris especially was a godsend. He even added time on our parking ticket because we were returning later than we'd planned one afternoon, and had parked across the street from the suites.
Our room was large, and very comfortable. Nice kitchenette with coffee maker, toaster, fridge, even a small stove, if I remember correctly. With large windows on two walls, plus the balcony, the room was bright and airy. Noise was handily blocked by the modern double-pane windows (It was a lively time in Krakow, with Poland proudly hosting EURO 2012)
We loved the neighborhood, just minutes from the main square. Cannot fault the Crystal Suites for anything.
