We stayed at these apartments whilst visiting Poland, rooms clean, warm and very spacious. The bathroom was spotless! Our room overlooked the centre square of the city, the trams passing throughout the day and night did not cause any sound problems although you can feel the vibration of the ground even on the 3rd floor. We stayed B&B although the bar situated at the bottom of the apartments also served warm snacks at a very cheap cost. The staff were very helpful and friendly supporting the booking of trips, the Salt Mines, Concentration Camps etc. The apartments are in walking distance to most of the sites within the city of Krakow and I advise to pay on entry to all local attractions are cost is less. Food is good and very cheap no matter what or where you choose.

Definitely stay again!!!!!!

Room Tip: The 3rd floor corner room was very large and bright, good view of city life.

My wife daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights. Helpful staff, clean spacious room, bathroom spotless and lovely breakfast. It is a bit of a climb to the 3rd floor. Staff were lovely. Will stay again when we go back to krakow.

So, we booked this hotel through escape 2 poland and could only go on reviews and price given that we knew nothing of the layout of Krakow. I had seen photos prior to arriving but husband had not and he was intially worried. As soon as you enter it is a calm welcoming environment. Spotlessly clean in all areas, fabulous staff who are friendly and helpful but not overly so. As previously written there is no lift( and after walking MILES everyday its a bit of a slog but as building so old no room for a lift it cant be helped) and we were in room 301 on the very top floor at the front and again as written before the noise from the trams is a little annoying but I found it part of the atmosphere.
Tea, coffee and bottled water provided daily. Great shower room with lits of hot water. Very comfortable bed.excellent free wifi.breakfast is continental style yet sufficient.
10 minute stroll to main square one way 5 minute stroll opposite direction to jewish quarter. A very safe area. Would highly recommend this hotel. Only reason not 5 rating is noise from street and no lift but neither can be helped as if you want a central location its going to be noisy.

Room Tip: Lower floor and back of building if you want peace

Friendly welcome, very helpful reception staff. Situated within easy walking distance of the main tourist hot spots, clean but basic rooms. A little noisy from the traffic/trams directly outside but to be expected when on such a busy main road. Definitely would recommend.
