Just got back and this hotel is well worth booking. It is clean the beds in the room were very comfy, they supply an ample choice at breakfast and the staff are very helpful.
The location is 10 mins walk to market square ideal!! Very good value.

This was our fourth stay at this hotel, we stayed for 2 weeks and had our usual room 33. As usual all the reception staff including Joanna, Karolina and the 3 new girls were very helpful and friendly. All the staff here are lovely people including the maintenance team, the breakfast and restaurant staff and the housekeeping team. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the Old Town and about 10 minutes to the Castle area. The room is quite large, cleaned daily with complete change of bedding every 3 days. Lovely bathroom, plenty of hot water with a powerful shower, shampoo and shower gel are provided daily. The room has a very comfortable bed, overlooks the courtyard, T.V. with some English channels, kettle, tea coffee sugar and creamer are provided daily along with 2 bottles of water. The room has a safe, 2 chairs, desk, couch and plenty of wardrobe space. Smoking is not allowed but you can use the courtyard and have a drink from the bar at the same time. The summer garden is having work done at the moment, a roof has been put on and there are plenty of new seats and tables out there, presumably so that it can be used all year round. Breakfast is in the basement and there is plenty of choice including cereal, scrambled egg, hot dog sausage, sausage and onion, salads, breads, cheeses, meats, pate, cake and yoghurts. There is a toaster, coffee and a variety of teas, considering it is included in the price of your room which is unusual in Krakow, it is a very good breakfast. The restaurant used to be in the basement also but it is now in what was the conference room which is much better. Guests can get 10% off food excluding pizza's and the food is great with plenty of choice and much cheaper than in the Old Town. The chef's are excellent. There are plenty of bakeries near to the hotel. We really enjoy our stays at this hotel whilst visiting Krakow, the only downside to this last visit was a very loud English school party who stayed for 2 nights and then an extremely loud group of Danes who stayed for a few days. Whilst the group of Danes was there other guests could not use the restaurant as they were having their evening meal at the hotel. They made a lot of noise in the courtyard well into the night and were asked by various people to be quiet all to no avail. As the owner and her family seem to live at the hotel the noise must have annoyed them. Hopefully in future due to the hotel being popular now that it has established itself, it will no longer take in school groups or large groups of people. I would hate to think that families and couples would be put off staying at this lovely hotel due to bad reviews about groups. Well done to everybody at the hotel and we hope to see you all again soon. Did not try the spa at the hotel but have been told by other guests that it is very good and reasonably priced.

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the back of the hotel

Nothing exceptional about the hotel save the location and the fact that they did provide the number to a very good tourist guide with car who showed us around Auswitz and the Salt Mines and thereafter dropped us to the Bahnhof -- Breakfast was in a basement type of hall which was cute though much of the common areas felt spooky due to human sensitive lights which kept going on and off ---rooms nothing great --overall OK

Room Tip: Roadside rooms offer a view of the street

Our choice of hotel was based on the previous reviews and they wern't far off the mark. Staff really helpful, sorting out a double room when we'd booked a twin and good with travel sightseeing adivce. Breakfast buffet was the same each day but plenty of choice and what you would expect for a good hotel in eastern europe - if you want full english stay in england !
Our room was newly refurbished at the rear of the property so we didn't experience any noise but they did have a school trip coming on the day we left ! Location is excellant 7 mins to the bus to the airport and a tram stop right outside. It's only a 10 min stroll into the centre as well but you don't get and of the associated noise. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to returning.

Room Tip: Given some people concersn regarding the noise form the courtyard, as k for a room at the rear.

A lovely small hotel not far from the main square. Room was a triple and very comfortable.
On our last day when checking out discovered a load of rubbish from a previous guest in a desk cupboard which suggests cleaning could be better.
The breakfast was good with the usual continental offerings.
Location is great as quiet but only ten mins to the square.
Krakow is fantastic with lots to do and see. Even the restaurants in the square are cheap and great food. Yummie restaurant and bar was particularly good.
Overall a great few days away and will go back to Krakow and the hotel. If you are going try the small vodka bar on the way through to the square. Good laugh and flavoured shots. Beer or a shot only 4 zloty.

The hotel was chosen based on reviews but fell well short. The room was spartan and the double bed very uncomfortable. Our rooms overlooked a courtyard where fellow guests were quite noisy at early and late hours. The hotel made no effort to control noise. Front staff was pleasant and the buffet breakfast was passable.

Three star hotel, so don't expect luxury. But it meets expectations, which is more than most of the hotels can say. It's just 10 minutes away walking from the Market Square, in a main street with some restaurants. The rooms are oriented to a backyard so it's very quiet (unless there are construction works, which unfortunately was what happened to me. Not hotel's fault).

Rooms have good space, acceptable quality in the mattress, linen, furniture, etc. Some rooms haven't got elevator. Most of it is quite good, but it's got a couple of things that could be improved: the restaurant is not easy to access (you have to take the only elevator to -1) and the safety box is in the lowest shelf of the closet, so you have to lay into the carpet to store values.

Staff is very kind and helpful. There is a wellness centre but there wasn't much info.

Room Tip: As if there are construction works in the next buildings. In that case, be sure to get a room far fr...
