“Nice&comfortable”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 April 2014

Ideally located - in a walking distance to main square, but not too close to hear any loud noises, near to amazing fruit&vegetable market. Looks really nice, rooms are clean and staff is really helpful. I got my room cleand even an hour before scheduled, so that counts for something. Rooms are nice, but I had to make the bed myself, putting sheets in covers etc - it's not big of a problem, though I hate when they asking you to do that. Breakfast is simple, but cheap, bathrooms have only two showers, but I didn't have problems with geting in. There is no kitchen actually - for me that's the biggest minus - you have only microwave, toaster and a teapot - can't really do something more. But if you're just for a day or two - that's not something you should worry about.

In general I found this hostel as one of the best value-for-money options I have ever been. For less than 6 euros per nigth, it was a really nice experience,

Location? It is perfectly located if you come by bus or train as it is just 5 inutes walking far from the main station. And also it is locaded so close to the Central Square, offering an absolutely walking distances to the main touristic points of th city,

Staff? All of the girls working there were so kind and smily, thing that must be well valuated, They are ready to help their guests as much as they can. Useful workers.

Rooms? As in other hostels I shared room with more people, so it is inevitable to have some noise, but it is the point when you are hosted ina hostel. When it comes to clearness, it is perfect, nothing more to say.

Facilities? There are many options like laundry and ironing, and the bathrooms are big and with good showers. The aspect I would improve is the kitchen. Acually, I would not say tat thy have a kitchen, just a kettle and sandwich-maker.

Breakfast? It is so cheap (5 PLN/ 1,20 EUR), so, the variety and quality is not the biggest (I would pay more for a better breakfast, but it is a personal opinion). You can take it from 8.00 to 10.00 and you wll find some bread, butter, jam, cereals, some cheese and coffee and tea (which are for free during he whole staying).

I can recommed it with no fears.

Good location and close to Krakow Glowny station, clean and tidy and facilities quite good, beds comfortable and room (twin, no bathroom) great size.
Only negative is the front of the building is very off-putting as its a gated dark door with dark foyer at night and you just go up a old rickity lift but worth the nerves!

We enjoyed staying here very much, we were there for a week in february 2013, in a group of 8.
Ideally located, walking distance from every attraction in Krakow and the station, nice view and everything you need is present.
Cosy decorated, worth every penny.
At first we had a little bit trouble finding it, but this is not a big problem.
We made some last minute changes and it was no problem at all for them. Very kind staff also!
I would advise this hostel to everyone ho wants to travel low budget but with every comfort needed present, and if i come back to Krakow, i come back to GlobArt Hostel.

Room Tip: Ask the staff, they help you out as much as possible.
