“Exceptionally Good”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 August 2014

Quite often you find a hotel, that from the outside, looks like it needs a good lick of paint but appearances can be deceptive. Aptly named, the Queen Boutique is a royal gem of a hotel. The manageress was a bit over-bearing when confirming whether or not we intended to extend our stay but overall the staff were extremely friendly and very professional. Breakfast each morning was a very well laid-out buffet catering to all palates and the standard was on a par with any 5-Star location I had dined in previously. Bedrooms were large and tastefully decorated, bathroom was clinically clean and the only thing I might have objected to was the over-priced collection of chocolates and breadsticks cluttering up the table-top area at the bottom of my room.

The Queen Boutique Hotel was a perfect choice for our stay in Krakow. The location was perfect, right between the Old Town and the Jewish District, and just a few minutes walk to either. Our room (a Wawel View Deluxe room) was completely quiet, and had a lovely view of the castle, as well as gardens behind the hotel. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony at the end of each day, and relaxing with a lovely view.

The front desk staff was excellent, and helped with reservations and questions whenever we asked. Also, the breakfast was delicious and filling, and the dining room staff was friendly and helpful.

I can't imagine there's a better choice of hotel in Krakow, and I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Room Tip: Wawel view rooms at the back are more expensive, but book one if you can afford it. The view is love...

Dear Guests,
I appreciate a lot that you spent your time on writing this review. The hotel' location is extremely good indeed. Just few minute walk and you get to the castle, few more and you can admire Main Market Square. I’m pleased that you liked the room you had chosen, actually it is one of the best we have, facing the castle and orchards with great views, I’m not surprised you enjoyed relaxing evenings sitting on the balcony :). Thank you for the opinion about the staff, every day we make efforts to meet our Guest’s expectations. I hope we managed to live up yours.
Best regards,

Was at this hotel for 3 nights at the beginning of July. Staff are all very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. Rooms very comfortable. We had a room at the back of the hotel with a balcony. Room #17. Food was wonderful . Would defiantly return to this hotel.

Room Tip: Rooms at back of hotel are quieter and some have balconies.

Edith and Lynne from Ayr stayed end of July
What a great Hotel, the staff excellent could not do enough for us.I picked up the wrong luggage from Airport and front of desk sorted it all out for me,From phoning Airport to finding out whose luggage I had they got address, sorted taxis was unbelievable, and got my suitcase back all within 2 hours thanks to the Hotel. The rooms were good, we were facing the main road but did not hear any noise.Breakfast well what can we say say Bucks Fizz Smoked Salmon and everything else that went with it, to much to mention, do not know many Hotels that give you all that and more.Would come back and already recommended to our friends xxxxx

Room Tip: our room faced the road but did not have a problem with it was quiet.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. When we arrived the staff were really helpful and informative and all spoke great English. We liked our room although a minor issue was it was a little dark as only had a small window. The interior of the hotel was very well done and classy. The buffet breakfast had a good choice and there was even Cava if you fancied it. It was well located just a short walk from the main square and opposite the Jewish District. Good hotel at a decent price and I would stay there again.

Room Tip: Although we didn't have one, I think a top floor room with a balcony at the back would be the be...

Just returned from a wonderful 4 night stay here. The hotel is perfectly placed for the major sites of Krakow, it's a 5 minute walk to the Jewish Quarter and 10 minutes to the Old Square both are very lively at night with a great atmosphere. The hotel has quality furnishings every where and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The Breakfast was superb inc. a hot selection cooked to order, the only downside was we didn't have enough time to sample everything on offer. The staff where very professional and where only to willing to help in any way they could. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Queen Boutique Hotel to anyone.

Room Tip: If you want a quite room ask for one at the rear overlooking the garden and looking towards the cast...

Dear Guests,
On behalf of myself and all staff I would like to express our gratefulness for your superb opinion! We are more than happy to read that the hotel made such a good impression on you and is “wonderful in every way” :). The issue of location was mentioned already few times, and I think is perfect indeed. Just 5, up to 10 minute stroll and you can discover the real heart and soul of Krakow. Thank you once again for your opinion, I’m happy that you enjoyed also the breakfast with its large variety of cold and warm food.
Given that all mentioned positives I hope you will decide to stay with us again, meanwhile, please recommend us to anyone :).

Queen Boutique is about 25 minutes from the airport. Very modern interior. Staff helpful and polite. Bedrooms very clean and comfortable. Very quiet day and night. Excellent selection of food from the breakfast buffet. Hot breakfasts can also be ordered. The evening menu is rather fancy. About fifteen minutes walk to the main square. During this walk there are lots of places to eat or drink and plenty of lovely shops. Dining out is a lot cheaper than at home.

Room Tip: i booked for three adults.(husband and 19 yr old daughter). When we arrived the staff stated that he...
