My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. It's a first class hotel with lovely rooms. It is well managed with professional, friendly and polite staff. The breakfast buffet was served by the waiter in a Covid secure way and nothing was too much trouble for him.
The hotel is in a great location and is within easy walking distance of both the main square and the Jewish Quarter where there's loads of great restaurants and street food.
Highly recommended.

We have just returned from a 4 night break and simply can’t fault the hotel. The staff go above and beyond for you nothing is too much trouble. Our room was over the road but it wasn’t too noisy, I would say maybe request a room at the back of you are a light sleeper. Breakfast was amazing, made to order, and we even had coffees brought up when we woke up. The reception guys were just brilliant, booked taxis, changed money, even stood as you approached ready to help you in any way they could! Spotlessly clean, umbrellas by the door, just amazing- I’ve recommended this hotel to all of our friends.

We spent 4 days in Krakow and were so pleased we chose this hotel for our stay in this lovely city. The hotel is in the perfect location, being literally across the road from the Jewish quarter and all its restaurants and sights. (The best meal we had was at the Greek restaurant Minoas about 5 minutes from hotel.) The castle area and old town are a pleasant 15 minute stroll and even the Schindler Factory Museum was no more than a 30 minute walk. It was a big plus - especially under current circumstances - not to need public transport.
The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and beautifully decorated. As we were celebrating an anniversary, we had chosen a deluxe room and it was well worth it for the balcony ( in the sun all afternoon) with its lovely views over Wawel Castle. The room was spacious and well equipped and lived up to the photos on the website.
We will be recommending both the city and this hotel to our friends.

Room tip: Deluxe rooms have balconies with views over the castle area.

Dear Guest,

Thank you very much for your review. I am particularly pleased to hear that your anniversary 4-nights stay was a memorable experience. Indeed, the location of our hotel is a big advantage. Having possibility to visit all major places of interest on foot is a huge asset these days.
Thank you for your warm words about our hotel staff – we always strive to offer the best service both at the Front Desk and at the Amarylis Restaurant. We are glad that Deluxe Room lived up to your expectations with its balcony and a view over garden and the Royal Castle.

Queen Boutique Hotel is on walking distance from the city and the Former Jewish district Kazimierz. Krakau is a very bestiful city with many churches and three synagogues. The staff of the hotel is very helpfull. Restaurant Amarylis is excellent. We did excursions to Auschwitz and The SaltMines. The hotel took care for transport and made reservations. We did a walking trip through the former Jewish district Kazimierz. We also visited the former factory of Schindler who saved many Jews from death by the nazis.
