Great, clean hotel which was cheap. Its in a great location near the centre of town. Even though it was opposite the train station, during our 3 nights we did not hear a single train. The hotel staff were happy to help us with our questions and even teach us a bit of Polish. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Hotel is situated close to the railway station and Galeria Krakowska which is very comfortable for those travelling by train. Besides, if you want to go shopping or to have a bite it is easy to do that as the shopping center- Galeria Krakowska is right in front of the hotel. In addition, it is close to the city center, so you don't even have to use any type of transport.
The room is not big but there is everything you need in it: wonderful shower with special rainbow lighting))), basin, mirrors, toilet, TV, table and 2 stools. Cleanliness is on the high level, it is done every day with change of towels.
The staff is very helpful and eager to consult you on interesting excursions that you can order at the hotel at good value. General impression is wonderful!

Stayed here end of November 2012 and cant fault the place, obviously it is very basic as is reflected in the price but still very clean and really fresh with good decor as is so new. Only prob we had was the shower! not great if your just staying with a friend as its very see through, but if you turn the lights off the shower head is coloured light so this prevented any embarassment!
Great location. right next to a huge shopping centre which is open til 10pm. 5 minute walk to market square with its many restaurants and shops.
we did the salt mine tour which is much cheaper if you take the public bus, the receptionist will tell you where to get it. Also did Auschwitz and a city tour which were both excellent. overall great place to visit and great place to stay.

Excellent location, within 10-15 minutes walk of th old town, right next to huge shopping centre that as a supermarket, money exchange etc. literally ext door to the main train station. Rooms are basic yet clean an well sized with a tv, free Internet access, shower etc. no issues at all. Taff on reception were very friendly and helpful, spoke excellent English and provided maps and advice on krakow. Superb value for money, breakfast can be bought separately if required in the morning. For the money I cannot fault this hotel, to be honest I could not fault it if it cost more, excellent location, nice staff, clean, simple room, hat more do you need. I would return, which is always a good thing....save your money and stay here if what you want is a good, honest, simple, clean place to rest before exploring a beautiful city.

New, clean, perfect location. Tram stops right next to the hotel, there's a huge mall next to it that has everything you need (supermarket, clothes, shoes, currency exchange on 2nd floor, next to the supermarket). Center and everything you need to see in Krakow is in walking distance, if not, tram is right next to the hotel.
Breakfast if booked ahead of time can be taken in the Ibis right next door for approx. 5 EUR, which is great and they have healthy options and delicious apple juice.
Parking is approximately 40PLN - ok price, but you can take the risk of leaving your car in the opposite side parking without guards and cameras. Open field, everyone seems to leave their cars there for the day and free!
Rooms are small, but clean and modern. If you're not looking for the fancy shmancy stuff, but great value and convenience, this is the place for you!

Room Tip: No matter which side you get, it's quiet. View will be similar from both sides, train station or...

There are two huge advantages of this hotel: location and price. First it is in 10-15 minutes walking distance from the central square, just next to the railway station and Galeria Krakowska- a big shopping mall. Second it is very cheap and for the price offers enough to rest between visiting sights and hanging out in the city. There is no time to sleep in Krakow, so why to overpay for the accommodation?
Room is small and a bit funny with its hospital like look and almost-in-the-room shower but very clean and rather comfortable. Staff is nice, helpful and friendly. And additional plus is free access to wireless internet.
Additionally paid breakfast is a bit limited; taking into account its price but the mall is so close and offers a wide range of restaurants and bars.
I will stay there again and recommend it to my friends.

Room Tip: I do not think that there is any difference between the rooms.

I stayed here in end of October and trust me for budget travelers its great place to stay. Just few hundred meters walk from Krakow glowny or main station which connect to a good mall having all branded outlets and food courts. If you have plans to travel further into Europe and have early morning trains etc. This is the hotel to stay. Great location, neat and economical. Very good staff. The receptionist guided me very accurately to various locations of interests and all tour companies have pick up service from this hotel too like others. Very secure as their elevators have electronic key card system so no unwanted traffic on floors. If I am again in Krakow, which am sure will, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Loved it there.
