“Charging to go into a Church!!!”
Reviewed 28 July 2014

Disgraceful - a beautiful church ruined by having to pay, so , most visitors go in to "pray" and clog the entrance up. What a mess, sort it out.

“Very nice and historic”
Reviewed 27 July 2014 via mobile

A must visit for photographs inside and outside, both day and night.Meeting point for free walking tours.Historic building.A trumpeter plays his tune like times of old to alert the town of impending invasion of the Mongolians.

Inside you will see the restored artifact behind the main altar by famous religious sculpture byVeit Stoss.Took him 12yrs to sculpt;took 18 yrs to restored when looted by the Nazis and broken up into many pieces in WW2.Worth small entrance and photo fee.

“Impressive”
Reviewed 24 July 2014

This cathedral do I ages the old market square in krakow. The building is huge and lavishly decorated. It contains many historic tombs. It also houses a famous and huge alterpiece painting in the 15th century. The tower is distinguished by an hourly perform ace of a trumpet player who performs a short military taps that ends abruptly (referring to a 13th century trumpeter who was killed by an arrow during a Moslem attack on Krakow).
