“A warm homey castle”
Reviewed 11 May 2014 via mobile

This castle gives you a warm welcome and makes you feel like home. At the ticket office you are able to select different things you want to see inside the Castle. Please be sure to go there early as there is a limit on tickets. Due to the lack of time, I chose to see the painting by Leonardo Da Vinci. I tried to have coffee at the cafe inside the castle due to no one served us after waiting for 15 minutes I decided to leave. Other than that, you will be able to see a nice of the Vistula river. If you decide not to visit any rooms or exhibition, the castle is free of charge to walk around the garden.

Reviewed 10 May 2014

Wawel Castle is a just see when in Krakow. It is a reflection of the centuries old history of the city. There is a story In every turn and corner. Beautiful to walk through and feel the history. The story of the dragon and many others are great to hear.

“What a welcome to the city of Krakow ...”
Reviewed 6 May 2014

The Royal Castle stands so proud as you enter the city en route from the airport - it is a marvellous sight, and you immediately want to go and look round straight away ...
The whole place is SO photogenic, and there are several attractions inside to visit. The gardens are absolutely gorgeous - the spires shine in the sun - everywhere is SO clean.
This is DEFINITELY a 'must see' attraction - you will NOT be disappointed ...
