The slightly leaning Town Hall tower provides the best vantage point for great views across Krakow. It sits just behind the Cloth Hall in the main square. At 70m high it is the only surviving part of the medieval Town Hall which was built in 1316. On the third floor there is an exhibition of old photographs and you can admire the workings of the tower's clock. Entry is 7pln and it is open from 10.30-5pm in summer only. There's around 100 steps and they are quite narrow.
