Stayed for 4 nights and found the hotel to be in a great location and very clean.
As said before can be very noisy even at the back if you sleep with the windows open as no air-conditioning! Carpark is at the back and that brings its own noises! Beds and pillows were the comfiest I have ever slept in! Rooms a bit dated and small but scrupulously clean. Shower yes was a bit small but with great pressure. Lovely dove soap supplied. Information in room states that complimentary coffee and tea are supplied by phoning reception.....someone better tell reception, as none of the staff seem to know about this and we ended up having to pay for it! Having tea making facilities in the room would be a welcome addition. I booked this hotel through easy jet holidays and found it to be a fair hotel for what we paid but if you dont get a good deal on it and pay the full rate I would be hesitant to book. In all, good for what we paid, clean, functional, central and ideal for a short city break.
Not a long stay sort of place or for a romantic get away. Staff were polite but not overly enthusatic but efficient.
Would recommed Krakow and if you get a good deal use this hotel.
