When in Krakow, in July, I became ill. The staff members were incredibly helpful. They worked tirelessly to find an English speaking doctor for me. When none could be found, one of the clerks, took me on his own time and in his own car to see the specialist and to act as translator.
The hotel is not remarkable looking on the outside, but is very beautiful on the inside, with interesting art, good air conditioning, and well appointed spotless rooms. The location, right on the main square, was perfect - and not noisy at all. The breakfast was about as good as you can get.
I hope someday to return to Krakow healthy. I will surely stay at the Wenzel.More
