We were delighted with this hotel, located just a couple of minutes stroll from the main square. It has old world charm, very spacious rooms, with comfortable beds. Lovely bathroom catering for your every need, plentiful towels, bathrobes, slippers. Buffet breakfast was excellent, big variety of choice with hot food made to order. Very pleasant and helpful staff. All in all a great stay in a lovely city. Will certainly visit hotel and city again.

Three nights spent in this comfortable and well appointed hotel just off the Market Square and very central for sight seeing. The breakfast was buffet style and provided a good choice of dishes. A cooked selection was also available. The bedroom was spacious and bathroom included bath and shower. The temperature in the bedroom was very warm at night and it did not seem possible to regulate this unless the window was opened. Two single duvets on the double bed would be better as just one double and of a lower tog.

Room Tip: Ask about an upgrade!

Took my parents to krakow for a short break - chose this hotel almost at random, as it was close to the old town and reviews seemed good - what an excellent choice! The position could not have been better, just a few hundred yards from the main square, yet on a quiet side street. The rooms and bathrooms were large, and beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, the restaurant served great food, although we only ate in one night, the breakfast selection was good ( freshly made coffee, and hot, not lukewarm machine coffee, why do hotels serve this ever?) with cooked to order hot dishes, the staff were pleasant and helpful, particularly with storing my mothers wheelchair in the luggage room, and retrieving it immediately whenever needed.
The fact that I booked quite late, and so had a ridiculously cheap deal only made it better!
Will definitely stay here again if I return to krakow.
Did not have a bad meal anywhere, and prices amazingly reasonable by uk standards, I particularly liked Szara restaurant ; the main branch on Rynek was well-priced, but the second branch in Kazimierz was even better value, and the food was fabulous! Lovely staff, too.

A well run hotel, situated on the edge of the old town with easy access to the market square and many good restaurants. The room we had was clean, large and comfortable. The tea coffee was sparse but the staff will provide adequate supplies on request. The breakfast was excellent and service very good.
The roos facing the Main Street can be noisy at night and early morning.

Room Tip: Avoid rooms overlooking the front of the hotel.

We traveled to Krakow for one night to visit the Christmas market, and this hotel was in a good location for us to do everything we wanted. A 12-minute walk to/from the train station, a 3-minute walk to the square and maybe 20 minutes to Wawel Castle. For the price and location, it was perfect!

One complaint: rooms got too hot at night so had to open the windows, but a bit of street noise from nearby bars until 1 a.m. or so. This seems to be pretty typical of staying at any hotel located near the square as this was our 3rd trip to Krakow.
