“Location was great!”
Reviewed 25 March 2013

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night while in Krakow. Nice for a budget hotel. Our room had 2 twin beds that were separated, but that didn't bother us. Room was clean, wifi worked great, and breakfast was plentiful!

Had a mini break here last week an it was perfect ! I could not fault anything .

Hotel was really easy to find from the train station and perfect walking distance to the main square ! .

It was like popping to the shops . However when we arrived we got an upgrade as there was no standard rooms left ! This was not a problem !! The room was perfect ! Clean and tidy! Also I felt so cosy in my bed during the night when it was all snowy outside .

One thing the room must have been near the lift shaft cause u could hear it move every time someone used it !! But overall I was not bothered ! Depends how fussy you are !!!!!

Go to yummies in the main square ! It does cheap meat and beer !!!!

Overall I recommend everything about the hotel and trip to everyone !!

An don't forget to visit auschwitz !!! Interesting and humbling

Stayed here for 5 days in a standard room with breakast included.
The hotel is in a great location, 10 minute from the train station. The main square is a 5 minute walk which is just great. For the price this location is unbeatable.
The hotel itself is nice too. The free wifi is amazing. The rooms aren't that big and our room had a suspicous looking stain on the floor. However we were overall very happy with it.

I recently stayed at the hotel on a University visit to Poland, to see Auschwitz.

This was my first visit to Poland, and it wont be my last, and will not be my last at this hotel. Simply put, it is excellent, and you could not ask for more from a hotel on a short trip to Poland.

The hotel is situated right in the heart of Krakow, a simple five minute walk away from the main square.

The hotel is excellent, and a three star does not give it justice. The rooms are spotless and everything which you could expect such as a television, radio, comfy bed and so on.

I would recommend choosing a room with a Balcony. Some of the rooms do not have Balconies, just windows, where as some rooms have Balconies, so make sure you ask for one when ordering.

The bathroom is fit for purpose, the room i stayed in had a smaller bathroom, but i put this down to the room being a three person room, where as my friends in two people rooms had much larger bathrooms.

The hotel comes with Free Wifi, and the username and password given in your welcome pack so you do not need to ask.

The staff are friendly and speak english, and the breakfast is a mix between continental along with some warm meats. One could argue it could be better, however, as the hotel is only a three star and your only paying for bed and breakfast it is more than enough.

The hotel has a bar which is situated off the lobby, the prices are reasonable, and the staff are friendly. However, during the daytime and on some nights, the bar can become very crowded as it is tiny, however they do have a wall divider which they remove sometimes to make it larger.

As stated, the hotel is close to the main square, and the array of shops, restaurants bars and clubs is excellent. We tried a different restaurant every night with excellent service and prices, visited excellent coffee shops, and tasted the local kebabs. For anyone who is feeling home sick, they have a Mcdonalds and KFC no more than ten minutes walk away from the hotel.

Overall, the hotel was excellent, and the trip to Poland was amazing. Would throughly recommend this hotel if your visiting Poland and want to be in the heart of Krakow.

Room Tip: Choose a room with a Balcony.

Myself and my partner recently spent 3 nights at this hotel, we found the staff very helpful when we asked for anything and they do speak english. Our room was very clean and tidy & on the third floor overloooking a car park not ideal but ok.The room had 2 single beds which were toe to toe and not next to each other .Basic room with TV and radio but No tea or coffee facilities which was a let down but they did leave fresh water bottles for us. Bathroom was very cramped, hair dryer was available also.
Breakfast was a typical continental one , if you want ham or cheese butties with cake for breckie well this is the place as there was a very good selection, No toast making facilities here , who doesnt eat toast?
Best thing about the hotel was that you only had to cross the road in front and walk 1 minute to the main square

Room was clean and very comfortable, nice simple breakfast with fruit, juices and hot items. Great location for walking into town, hotel staff very helpful and well spoken in English. Transfers to the airport were easily organised by the hotel staff.

I stayed as part of a group of law students .. The staff were friendly, rooms were clean, the only criticism I would give is that he breakfast wasn't to my particular liking .. I just had the cereal as I'm not a fan of continental breakfasts... Would like more choice eg. Toast

But everything else was great; no complaints
