Very nice hotel. Large rooms are very clean. Has two lifts, so it's handicap accessible. Staff is extremely helpful and speak good English. The hotel is about five blocks from the Square in the old City and also near the old gate, but far enough away that you can get quiet space when you want it. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby and also within walking distance of the train/bus station. Air conditioning doesn't work in all rooms. There is a music school across the street, but since we were there in the summer it wasn't noisy. Didn't try the breakfast.

This place is in a perfect location, the rooms are decent, and the breakfast is a decent value even though it is extra. However, we booked this hotel over many others in Krakow because it had air conditioning. The forecast called for temperatures in the 90s (and this delivered), so we thought it was worth paying a bit more for air. This hotel technically has air conditioning. However, it does little more than gently blow air that is (maybe?) marginally cooler than the air already in the room. We got as much mileage for opening the windows at night as from running the air.

What a great location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a large, clean hotel within walking distance of old town center. The staff was friendly and although spoke minimal English, were able to communicate and assist our party with our requests. I saw four different rooms and would say all were spacious and clean.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise. Situated a few short blocks from the center of the old town, the rooms were spacious, clean, and warm. The staff was quite friendly and very helpful, offering every member of our group maps and information. Best of all, to me, the windows in the room were operational, so we could have fresh air when we wanted it. Don't miss the Dog in the Fog restaurant and bar down the street. Sit at the bar and talk to the bartender. You will be glad that you did. There are also several excellent jazz clubs nearby. We will stay here again if we are ever in Krakow.

The best asset of this hotel is its location. An excellent place near the city center. In addition it offered a good price compared to those around. Rooms were spacious to my liking. Also they arranged for me a good deal for a car to take me to Zakopane at a reasonable price. All in all it was a nice experience.

Overall we had a good stay here for five nights. The staff are very kind and helpful. The lobby is lovely and the location is perfect but the rooms were outdated with old green carpet and a funny smell. However, the room was quite clean and the value for money is great. Would recommend.

The hotel was very reasonable and a great location. We were just a few blocks from the Market Square. The hotel room was quite large, but a little sparse on the furniture. It had a desk and chair , but that's all. The room was quite adequate but not fancy. Everything worked including the WiFi. We did the breakfast one morning, A little pricey for what you get. Personally , I would skip it and go to a cafe, there are plenty close by. For the price, it was a good deal

Room Tip: Our room faced the street, which was fine
