Good budget hotel with great location. Room was quite big and clean, bed was comfortable.
We didnt have our breakfast at the hotel as there are much better and cheaper places in Krakow when you can get nice coffee and something to eat.
We found the young gentelmen at the reception quite rude!!
I would recommend this hotel for a short stay only.

Very good location. In Old Town but easy to walk to from the airport train. Walk to market square. Breakfast was good if not a little pricy(spoiled American with free breakfast being normal). Room is bare bones but a good size. The bed was nice and the internet was good and that is all we needed

this was a return visit to the Campanile and it was as I remember it: clean and efficient and a great location - see other reviews about the proximity to much of interest in and around the town centre. The downside of this is the late night crowds can be quite noisy.

The hotel was very busy while I was there and guests included a large group of French teenagers, and another of Polish retirees - all perfectly friendly and polite but it made for an interesting time at the buffet breakfast, even at 6.30am.

I had some problems gaining access to wifi, but rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel offers very good value.

We chose this hotel because of its location and it really was a great location!! only a short walk to the main square in Old Town and if you don't mind walking you can walk to all the sites in Krakow from here. To the Jewish quarter it took us about 20/25 minutes. Restaurants, bars and shops are all very close by. Hotel itself is quite basic, no hand towels in room only bath towels, room was quite spacious and bed is comfortable. Not much wardrobe space. Bathroom is clean and they supply shower gel and hand soap in a handy dispenser on the wall. We didn't book breakfast as you can get better and cheaper from a little cafe round the corner from the hotel. TV is excellent, they have a channel with many English films, something not many hotels have! I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Krakow and if luxury isn't a top priority as the location is too good :)

Room Tip: on the high floors WiFi wasn't too strong so ask for a room as close to reception as possible!

We have just returned from a shirt break in krakow. This hotel was recommended by some friends and it lived up to expectations. It is only a short walk from the market square and all the delights of the old town The rooms are large and clean. We had a room initially that overlooked a road at the side of the hotel and it was pretty noisey from the bars. We asked to move and the room across the corridor was really quiet. Breakfast was OK but pretty expensive for what was on offer. There. Are plenty of local cafés serving a great breakfast

Room Tip: Suggest you avoid Room 524. We found it to be noisey
