Starting off with positives, location is fantastic really close to train station/ Main shopping centre and the old town square. The road that is on is easy to find and had lots of cool bars and restaurants on it.
Room has lots of space for your stuff, nicely decorated with hairdryer and full length mirror.

We have obviously arrived at a bad time however because reception resembled a construction site. No hotel can avoid maintenance but it didn't seem safe with wires hanging down everywhere. The noise from this work was horrendous and the drilling woke us up from 8am each day and continued until the evening. Very disappointed with this :(

The first room we checked into (208) appeared nice at first however the corridor had a very strong fish/ damp smell. We went out for a few hours but when we returned to the room everything from the carpets to bed sheets were damp? But sure if the air con had a problem but literally there was condensation on everything. In addition the WiFi in this room did not work, the bed side lamps would not turn on and the tv wouldn't turn off!!!

We asked to move and were relocated with no fuss to room 108. This was much better but closer to building work so very very loud!

The toilets in reception were nothing short of disguising. Very dirty with human waste on show in every cubicle...when had these been cleaned? There are no vending machines or areas to buy water or snacks in the hotel either which was inconvenient.

When we came to check out the hotel tried to charge Me over 100zloty more than the price I had reserved online. Took a while to sort this :(

Overall would I recommend...probably not, it was far from a relaxing stay and I'm leaving more tired than when I arrived!

The hotel is situated in the city centre, just 5 min walk to the market square. The rooms are very well furbished, everything is new and good quality. Internet wifi though is really dissapointing. I don't understand how a hotel with such a nice room, can't afford a better wifi network. We couldn't connect to it at anytime.

The staff of the reception needs an intensive course about customer service. Ignoring your customers is quite rude, answer with monosyllables as well. No smile, no welcoming, no anything. If I ever go to krakow again, I wouldn't choose this hotel because of the internet and staff.

I had stayed here 2 previous times and was looking forward to coming back. I received a room on the top floor, the lock had some issues locking at first. The room was renovated, gone were the tube tv's and now a flat screen in the wall was in its stead. Room looked great, kinda 1970's retro look. Bed was comfortable, but to my dismay as i was settling in for the night i found a solitary public hair :-/. Gross gross gross.
When i came back a few days later, they told me because of the renovations i was booked into the hotel next door. Hotel Classic.
Older Hotel, you need a key to use the elevator and they are so old that you need an actual key attached to a huge plastic rectangle and then you need to lock your door from the inside. Beds were small and uncomfortable. I received a free breakfast for this inconvenience. Oh and the Wifi doesnt work in Hotel Classic.

I have been there on monday 7th of juy, good hotel and reasonable price. good location, close to the city centre (less than 5 min walking). rooms are large and confortable. breakfast offers a good selection of products.
overall it is value for money. the only bad aspect is air conditioning (it was very hot that day) non working well in my room, and wireless connection is not stable often disconnecting) in the room. nevertheless connection was good in the recepion area and meeting room.

The best part about this hotel is it's location- it's 2 minute walk from main square but far enough away you don't get disturbed by noise late at night. The hotel was clean-- very very clean actually and room was huge and showers where powerful and warm.

Only downside is the hotel is undergoing renovation on bottom floor and having been out late I got woken at 7am by a hammer banging away and this went on all morning.
