I often stay here for business and whilst it is not the nicest hotel in the city, as far as architecture and decor are considered, it is the friendliest, with great service and a fabulous location. Only down side is now swimming pool, but if you can live without that you'll love this hotel.

Ideally situated and staff are second to none. Breakfast is well presented and no lack of choice. Rooms are both spacious and well kept - and bathroom is ideal with all amenities. Also good to have an internet service that is both easy to log onto and very quick. Was felt to be a valued Customer

I stayed there with my wife for 3 nights, first visit to Krakow.

First of all, the location of this Hotel is perfect for tourism, you are less than 10 minutes walking to the main on one side and the castle on the other. Very easy to reach from the airport and with a private garage (that of course comes with an extra charge). People at the front desk were very very helpful, we always got directions, recommendations, etc. on what to do, where to go, and sometimes how to do it, this is when they got somethings wrong (but ok, they are not a travel agency).

As a recommendation not related to the hotel, but were they got some things wrong when we asked for information... most of the museums, landmarks, and touristic things to do have a limited availability of tickets per day, so book them in advance, maybe spend the first half of a day buying and organizing your trip, otherwise you will have a lot of surprises.

Room Tip: Book through their website, you will get the wifi for free and a cheaper rate or the same as all other internet sites. Don't expect much from the breakfast.

This hotel has about all you need for a stay in Krakow its one block from the plantar around the old town a few blocks from the Castle on the river. Rooms are very large, color scheme is a little too modernistic but very functional with free WIFI. Breakfast was good and included some local Polish dishes. Would stay here again for any reason...pleasure, business or just for a night.

Room Tip: Try to get one with a window above the 2nd store that faces the old city.

The Radisson Blu hotel is close to the square for eating, shopping and walking to see the sights. I have styed here about 5 times and each time I felt safe while visiting Krakow. The hotel is very clean and bright for saftey. The staff is extremely friendly.
