Lovely clean, friendly and helpful hotel and staff...

The room was a decent size, everything you'd need and a comfy bed, the bathroom had a shower over the bath and I was pleased to find the hot water was REALLY hot (one of my pet peeves!).

The gym was well appointed for a hotel and the sauna was lovely.

Nice breakfast with a good choice and the food at the bar (and the selection of drinks) was fab.

All in all this is a lovely hotel and the free wifi is a big bonus!

This hotel is located so conveniently to the Old Town. Only a few minutes walk and you are in the square.
The room is very comfortable, clean and spacious and the beds were wonderful to sleep in.
The breakfasts were very good with great selection.
No complaints here - thank you for a lovely stay!

My wife and I came to Cracow to attend a wedding. Booking process were quick and accurate. Room 106 on first floor had decent space, well equiped and modern. Bed is good, pillows a bit soft to me (that's personal), bathroom was very clean, with a bath tub, all the cosmetic products available. Iron/table is provided by default, as well as a trousers press and safe. Frigo bar was plenty of stuff. Flat screen lacking a bit of diversity in the channels (lots of Polish speaking channels).

This business hotel is representative of the high quality of the Radisson chain. It is conveniently located within steps of the city square on a tree-lined street, and convenient to businesses and tourist areas alike. The staff is helpful and the services are excellent - they even have bikes you can borrow if you don't feel like walking. The breakfast is fabulous, especially if you're used to American hotels' idea of a 'free breakfast'. If you have an early flight, they'll even pack one for you to take along. Krakow itself is a lovely city in any season, and growing rapidly. The new airport terminal, with an integrated train station, is due to open next year, which will make getting to Krakow Centre even easier. Until then, the 20-minute taxi ride (at about the equivalent of $20USD) is a great alternative. Try the local buffalo grass vodka, mixed with apple juice. Luscious!

The Radisson Blu in Krakow is right on top of the Planty, the gardens the encircle the Old City of Krakow where there were once walls. From the hotel, it's a 5 minute walk into the heart of the Old City and the Sukiennice, so the location is great. The hotel itself is on the level of any large 5-star hotel, but because it's not as big as many, it's much more intimate and relaxed. The room I had was huge, the bed was beautifully made with a high stack of pillows and a different chocolate treat every night. The view was the green trees of the Planty. There was even an espresso maker. I felt very spoiled! Lovely experience.

The Radisson hotel was a very nice stay. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable but low to the ground. The staff at the front desk were very helpful, especially Martin. The hotel was clean and was in a great location right near the square and the presidential palace. The breakfast was ok but the staff were helpful and friendly. If you eat breakfast there ask for Agnes as she was great! I would recommend this hotel and would definitely go back!

Stayed here for 4 nights in early July as part of a tour. Excellent room. Inside rooms are quieter. Breakfast buffet was very good. Also ate 1 lunch and dinner in restaurant which was very good. Service was attenative. Rooms were good size and very clean. Hotel is a perfect location - about 5 minute walk from main square and about 10 minutes from Castle. All other attractions within Krakow are a short distance. The Hotel is across from a large park and on a quiet street. Would definately stay again.

Room Tip: Inside rooms are quieter
