“Poland as I expected it to look”
Reviewed 14 June 2014

This is the way I sort of expected Poland to look, this is the area with lots of cafes and coffee houses to sit and watch the people go by. Live music in the restaurants is also good to hear. The cuisine was not to my taste particularly so take care what you order. Polish food is very different to Jewish food. It is an area full of character and history and well worth seeing while in Krakow

“Interesting”
Reviewed 13 June 2014

We walked to this ourselves so we didn't have a tour guide with us but the area was lovely and the buildings were big and alot of them were very old. It was a busy area not far from the main square.

“Take your time, walk without a plan and enjoy the cafes and restaurants”
Reviewed 13 June 2014

The district is composed of very small streets each opening to small squares and hidden surprises. It is very lively; there are colorful shops and cafes in every corner. It is really worth walking without a plan, taking your time, having fun in the cafes and restaurants.

“Kazimierz”

Wonderful character and very moving. Visit to the cemetery , the synogogue and the square with the monuments of the empty chairs from where the deportations took place are definitely worth seeing.

“Tragedy to remember”
Reviewed 11 June 2014

We took a electric car tour through the district at a reasonable price. There were only two of us in the car so we could ask to stop and explore. It was interesting to see the memorial to the Jewish Ghetto with the chairs, the area that Steven Spielberg used in Schindler's List, the fence made from iron menorah's and many more attractions.
